One of my friend bought a property in Virugambakkam with Landmark Construction a reputed builder in Chennai. The builder handed over the building after a delay of more than 4 years. But still common area works are not completed. Can u believe the builder promised Swimming pool as part of amenities. It's constructed but closed. Reason still Swimming Pool is not approved. Strange.
