I love this update so much! This will give lots of people chances to replay bosses instead of restarting the game. Amazing Video!
too bad there's no practice mode for those who want to try specific phases like DMC 5.
The downside is that you have to defeat the waves of enemies to get to the Titans whether you already beat the Battle Rushes or not. I feel like that should've been a reward for S ranking all the Battle Rush sections.
That opening was honestly so damn cool.

Pro tip: To fix the 30 fps cap when fighting the Titans, just go into your settings and change something. For example I like to change Auto Combo from Off to On. Hit apply. Then turn it back off again. Boom, 60 fps again
Thanks for the tip, I love this Game and DLC but the Framedrop to 30 was really disappointing
Fun fact: If you complete the all islands option in battle rush, you unlock extreme difficulty
I love how you got the end of the WYVERN boss in perfect sync with the music
Glad to see the Boss rush mode has finally be added,those were some of the best parts of the game and it's cool to finally be able to fight them again
A bit of a shame being overleveled makes the fights easier,but hey! At least I hope the new difficulty mode will actually live up to its name (though I'm not holding my breath)
Extreme mode:
basically means
1 hit= death regardless of rings
Including bosses
Not allowed to upgrade power or defense
Increasingly stronger enemies
few other stuff
So yea, it's not impossible, but it's interesting

I know its like the whole game again, but it would cool to see the highlights. [Bosses, hard Cyberspace stages, and funny moments]
There is going to be many funny Moments considering that you can't upgrade attack stat and that every enemy can one-shot you (including bosses)

The fastest I’ve ever gotten playing the “all islands” option is 22:59, I literally can’t go any lower than that so I think I’ve hit my speed cap which sucks because I always feel I can complete it faster😂 maybe when the other characters are added like Knuckles and Amy I’ll get a faster time. Also pro tip against tower enemies like Tower, Excavator, etc. you can just use recovery smash against them and it one shots all of them. Just run up the body at the very start, take the hit and then recovery smash. You’ll win in 3-4 seconds
I’ll agree this is a must for a lot of people and does look enticing as hell, but it’s more so too easy for you since you have fully maxed stats :P

Holy, the new update version, never seen it before.
Infact that Sonic is on max level making the boss rush much faster
For some reason, I'm struggling with the end of Knight's fight (the final QTE where he tries to crush Sonic with the sword)
It seems to have a time margin that is WAY too small for some reason
Huh, well I’ve found it easy, got every single QTE down and I’ve only been playing the game for a little more than a month, guess it’s just harder for some other people

So the infuriating FPS drop at the Titan fights happens on PC as well?
I'm on PS5 and playing in performance (60 fps) mode, and I don't know how you could stomach the game dropping frames like a rock when you reached Giganto... and then staying at that miserable frame rate for the rest of the video. I think it was even lower than 30 fps and unstable. I paused, went into settings and toggled the Performance Mode setting off and then on again, which fixes it, but I had to do this at every Titan fight to reset the FPS to the full 60.
I am loving the update overall, especially the Jukebox and Extreme Difficulty mode, but this performance bug in Battle Rush seems like a serious oversight.

Hit it once, then use the quickstep button and you'll avoid riding the shield

I’m struggle getting past Ares Island. I’ve been trying for damn near a week now..My 5yr old son is counting on me to help him fight Knight again but I can’t nowhere near a damn S shit even an A, B, C is outta reach
any tips on how to beat Sumo & Wyvern in time ?
Try to quick cyloop sumo just attack him and then press y for Wyvern just pary the missiles then btw press LT and RT at the same time to parry and when he swipes parry it so knight just avoid the hand and climb then go on his shield by attaking it then go left and right to avoid missiles land a hit on him and the press x a lot if you have a lot of combos as for the rest try to get max stats and try to complete as fast as possible

Is it possible to play boss rush mode using the extreme difficulty? It seems like it takes your stats from one of your save files so..
If it does
You won't receive any power or defense, as it gets blocked on extreme mode
Also, you can't get hit, or you die

@Writer 1 It helps put alot of combat strengths in perspective. Most of us will struggle with sumo more than giganto if you can't get hit or power yourself up.
much like other action rpgs from ninja gaiden to kh2, the moves you use have a lot of consideration put into them with regard to how they move you and what kind of advantage you are in when you exit out of them.
The people who say that wild rush, homing attack and loop kick are all the same will see the difference in Extreme mode

It got frustrating to fight certain boss you can't one-shot
Unfortunately, if you attempt to start an extreme boss rush, it converts it to hard mode
Also, if you noticed a "*" by your cyberspace time
It means you used "homing dash," and the sonic team marked you
It might be for future leaderboards
Boss rush let me down. It wasn't what I expected. I was hoping for a mode where you fought them straight and not having to go through multiple guardians. Not to mention that I did everything Rank S, since I'm lvl Max of everything
