Oh my god I can't believe this worked tysm I brought a new phone because my J6 wasn't working or charging but it had old photos that I thought I'd lost because I couldn't gain access to them now 2 years later I finally have access to all my photos so thank you so much I thought my J6 was completely busted but nope just needed to reboot it 😅 thanks so much 💗 I'm now a new subscriber

I got Milk in my j6 Samsung and it turns on but there no sound and the volume button keep turning down on it's own also when I ring people they cant hear me but u can hear them. SOLVED only with this: Press and hold Volume down and power key for about 7 seconds to simulate battery disconnect. My phone just rebooted normally. I hope this helps to some1!
