Thank you sir but jo 11 number ki slide me cell hai vo plasma cell hai or jo first slide hai usme Neutrophils to hai but usme reporting karte time BF+. TG+. Diya jata hai or apne larg lymphocytes or small lymphocytes me bhi different nhi mention Kiya sorry mai bhi ek student hu kuch galat bola ho to becouse mera knowledge abhi apse Kam hi hai ..
