Learn how to convert Microsoft Word documents with Track Changes to PDFs so that the tracking also appears in the PDFs.
These steps apply to Word for Microsoft 365, Word 2021, Word 2019, and Word 2016 on a PC.
🍎If you are using Word for Mac, you don’t have to take any extra steps to include Track Changes in your PDF. Simply save your Word file with your Track Changes visible as a PDF. Your comments and Track Changes should automatically appear in the PDF.

Thank you for posting this detailed video! Very well done. I'm using Office 365 and still am having challenges getting the redlines to print to PDF. Are you aware of any recent Microsoft software change that may impact this? (I know, always changing.) Perhaps it would be best to work with you to help resolve this issue and help me understand how to get past this in the future. Before I do that, just curious if you are aware of a widespread issue with M365 particularly as very short redlined documents are not working either.
