I have ADORED this woman since I was a teenager. She’s just so cool and interesting, and her music is something I always go back to. I want a reality show but I know she wouldn’t do it! 😂
Look for the video on UA-cam where she walks you through the farm. It's kind of like a reality show and it is very interesting because she takes you all around and shows you her barn and everything else. Just like she does anything, it's done with graceful class.

i knew before i clicked, kelis was gonna excite me with her oddball gourmet shit, haha. a lot of it was kooky enough to intrigue me but not so out there to think its gross. i mean, ginger coffee? weird, but i wanna try it -- habenaro smoked salt on eggs? where can i buy it? -- beef bacon? never knew that existed, but im looking for it. love you, kelis!!

Some of the combinations may not be everyone's cup of tea, but it's definitely worth trying once to see if one like its.
Ginger coffee is delicious. If you like ginger. I first had it at coffee chain in Copenhagen and I loved it but I also love ginger tea and ginger in foods and add spices to my coffee regularly.

I always wanted to try beef bacon myself but it's never in stores just sitting on the shelf next to the pork and turkey bacon.
What I REALLY want to try is lamb bacon-- but I think that's even harder to find than the beef bacon.
I'm not sure, but I think you might be able to find both beef and lamb bacon at a halal or kosher butchers.

yes! they have it in whole foods if it's in your area, but it's a little on the pricier side($5.99/pk where I am). so good and worth it though!!!
It sure is in Whole Foods; because I use to buy it and it will cost you.. Then my Whole Foods stopped selling it... I forgot all about those SLABS of beef bacon 🥓... I am NOT a bacon eater, but I like beef bacon... I don’t eat much pork, but I did use to buy their blueberry pork sausages; which are also good !!!
If you eat poultry, duck bacon is good.
On the east coast that and turkey bacon are big options (she's from NY I believe) so majority who usually don't eat turkey or pork then eat beef.
