It very true about making sure you don’t rely on genetics to retain fitness. I was underweight all of my life and then 2 1/2 years ago I broke/sprained and bruised my ankle. One surgery and 18 staples later, all of my muscles in my ankle were gone. I looked in the mirror like “what in the my 200 bound life is this” lol I can laugh about it now, but then it was devastating. Now being approved to work out (thank God) I got a peloton bike (literally typing this with the shoes getting ready to work out on it lol) I say all of that to say, start working out / eating right. when you can, because you never know what life can throw at you.

WHEW. I’m 28 now and baybeeeee. Wtf is this?! My joints are starting to feel different, stomach starting to poke more than it should, everything. I thought i had a few more years to live how I want but I definitely should have been in the gym this whole time!
I’ve never done yoga but after my mom passed in 2018 I began going 5-7 days a week. I’ve gained 5 pounds. In muscle. I can do a split and crazy back bends. Yoga changed my life and body tbh
You guys should look into Qi Gong (there’s lots of videos on here). It’s super simple movements that hit acupressure points to stimulate your chi. It’s great.
