Dr Kris Verburgh is a medical doctor and researcher at the Free University of Brussels where his focus is the aging process, metabolism and nutrition. He published his first book when he was 16 and his latest is the Longevity Code. Dr Verburgh is a co-founder of NOVOS labs and is a partner and head of science at the Longevity Vision Fund. He keeps talking about lithium in micro doses. Lithium isn't available. What is available is other forms like lithium orotate. Are the other forms ok? Can they do the job?

@@gjpcmd1 you are right. Unfortunately, I cannot find this product on amazon in europe. What I can find is "lithium chloratum" or "lithium orotate". That is the reason I was asking if it is ok to take one of these two.

Coupla pills, no.

no, due to the large dosages (grams) and different times during the day. A powder form is easy to digest. Just start slowly ..as everything in life. And buy a scale to measure milligrams and grams properly. Be careful.

The two most important things one can take are Rapamycin and Deprenyl for life extension
Fisetin, Dasatinib and Quercetin for senolytic purposes and to create new stem cells
