@@anaznikol Well FPX's style makes them looking weak because they dont really have some heroic individual players but as a team, they are the strongest. No matter what team they play against, the enemy team is always outnumbered in early game.

They have so much fun playing and enjoying what they do. I feel that is a huge part of their success.

@LIVIU DRAGNEA mmmhh. I think g2's true problem was the current meta. Because jankos and Perkz had only 2-3 valid picks and both of them got banned out of all 3 games.
FPX just had a draft advantage, since g2 had to permaban qyana, because Jankos can't play her.
If G2 increase their champion pool and boot camp in China or Korea they have good chances for next year's.
The current meta is pretty unfavorable for g2, since some of their former to go pick, liketahm, Sejuani and Pyke, got nerfs.

tbh i am amazed they didnt feel like the game was lost till they actually lost it. like, in this voice comms, many times the actual situation was really dire but from what i hear here is that they were pretty confident they could actually comeback till they didnt. really strong mentality tbh.

All down hill from this point, that was literally their peak as a team, this was their moment playing the best league and they just wasted the opportunity.
Honestly it felt the same watching the games for me. If I learnt one thing following G2's games is that it is never over until the nexus drops. I love their positivity.
Yeah, I wonder if that's a conscious strategy, because it seems smart. Like even that last clip when they're fighting around the nexus and it's so obvious that they're going to lose, no one says "I think we lose" or anything like they're. They're 100% focused on positive, productive voice coms until the game is over

I found it very odd. He plays for EU primarly. Was just a straight disrespect to all the other people from other countries that also cheered for him. He was also the only one that showed a flag. Also maybe I just dont understand what patriotism means to you..

Funny enough on their streams, FPX (gimoon,tian,crisp) had said that G2 was their scrim partner who they beat 9/10 times whereas scrimming SKT they were 1-5 against them, they didn't believe winning worlds was possible until SKT was knocked out by G2 then they felt it was in the bag

There is far less trolls in diamond than in silver, that actually the only dif of level in both, the big gap in term of lvl is master.
When you guys lost, I was totally heart broken. I really wanted you guys to win. I did not even see the end ceremony because it hurt so much. After seeing this it makes me feel so much better. Most teams in your circumstances would feel horrible and would close themself off from the world but instead you guys had fun even though you were losing. People need to be more optimistic like yourselves. I have always struggled having fun when I am losing but this really inspired me. Thank you so much! You will win worlds next year!

And the fact that they admit at the end that fpx played better, that's itself is a classy act. Fpx may won world's, but G2 won the nite. They sure as hell make Europe and G2 fans proud.

same bruh. Tbh im just enough satisfied that they're Europe's best atm, ur fav team doesn't have to be the best in the world. FPX had a reason to be in the finals, and so did G2 :)

I love the fact that u guys upload this and were still able to have fun during this difficult moment. Take SKT for a comparison, who boasted about beating Splyce on their UA-cam but went absolutely graveyard-level-quiet after losing to u. This way, u're way more sympathetic and recognizable and definitely a team to look out for in coming international tournaments! :)

They won a lot of things this year and ranked second at Worlds, even without being a G2 fan you can tell that's not something any team can do, so yeah there's still something to be proud of, even if it's less than if they did win the title
