LT Singer you are hereby demoted to Ensign, charged with contempt of court, conduct unbecoming an officer and sentenced to 40 yrs of hard labor at Leavenworth for being the most despicable disgusting "lawyer" that the Navy JAG Corps has ever known!
Unfortunately, Loren Singer didn't get the punishment she should've deserved for attacking Harriett Sims on the witness stand more than a year after Harriett lost her baby girl.
Rabb and Singer are married in real life...i always found it interesting at the level of conflict Singer injected into the show and the acting between the two
If Harriett's parents heard the Singer "attacked" her while she was on the witness stand at JAG HQ. they would probably come down there to give Singer a piece of their minds for making Harriett upset.
The nerve of Lt. Singer calling Harriet's baby daughter it, knowing that the baby passed away at birth, while Lt Singer didn't know yet how it feels to be pregnant.
Bud Roberts wouldn't be blamed if he dared yell his mouth off at Lt. Singer for attacking Harriett in the courtroom. Though he's an officer, he's also Harriett's husband and a father also. But he would've risked being in contempt of court for yelling at Singer so loud.
I wonder how Lt. Singer's parents would've felt about her for attacking Harriett on the stand knowing that she lost her baby girl over a year earlier. Singer had a lot of nerve calling Lt. Singer's daughter an it even after Lt. Simms dreamed about baby Sarah.
If Harriet had gone berserk and attacked Lt. Singer verbally while she was on the witness stand, she'd probably get arrested for assault despite that Harriet was in grief counseling to get over the loss of her baby daughter, who died at birth, which is a terrible thing.
I hated this scene even though Singer DID bring up a good point about Harriet's state of mind. I'll be the actress is great in real life but her character is the type of person I would probably slug in real life.
I never really liked the character Lt. Singer. The actor played the B***h personality of this character real good. I saw one episode on JAG when Harriet punched Singer. I was like, there you go Harriet, punch her in my head.
It may never be known if Singer's parents did or didn't know of how their daughter was so determined to win no matter what the costs in the military court.
Only a lawyer could keep their job with a personality like that. A girl at work with a similar personality was let go after I and several others complained about her.
Lt.Singer should be glad that Harriett didn't go berserk in the military courtroom after she "attacked" her because of the loss of her baby girl. If Harriett did attack her, violently, she would've risked being arrested for assault & contempt of court. Thank goodness that didn't happen, though Harriett did get to punch her sometime later in private with no witnesses.
If Harriet's parents heard that their daughter had been "attacked" in a military courtroom by Lt. Singer while Harriet was on the witness stand, they'd come down to JAG Headquarters and maybe Harriet's mother would slap Lt. Singer for getting out of line because Lt. Singer wasn't believing what Harriet had seen due to her going to a grief support group over the loss of her daughter Sara, who died at childbirth.
I think a lot of people would be in the brig and Chegwidden would be seriously considering bringing back flogging for Singer and for Harriett to administer the flogging. Singer would do a minimum of 90 days in the brig. Harriett, confined to quarters for a month, her parents along with her. Singer upon release would be given six dozen lashes in the main JAG office for all to witness. I'm sure the Cat-O-Nine Tails would give Singer the attitude adjustment she needs
Lt. Singer was out of line for calling Harriet's child "it',despite that the child's name was Sarah, who died at birth, which was terrible. She could've made Harriet lose her temper and attack her violently without thinking of being arrested in the military court for assault, though it wasn't the right time for Harriet to punch Singer yet.
Hi azure, Yes it wasn't the right time to punch singer yet. Though in later episodes Lt. Singer she did get punched in the face behind closed doors. Without both being commissioned officers by Harriet.
Hmm in the TV episodes and on home DVD of JAG David James Elliott aka known as Lieu ant rabb. he is really is married to Yes! Nancy Chambers plays Loren Singer and she is DJE's Wife in real!
Harriett Sims was lucky that Lt. Singer didn't try to make her pay for punching her in private for the terrible thing she said to Harriett in court over offending Harriett's daughter,Sarah, who died at birth.
Were you glad that later on after being cross-examined by Lt. Singer,Harriet later gave Singer a black eye for upsetting her in the military courtroom?
not liking nanci chambers or scott lawrence! but i didn't choose'm don't haveta like their characters absolutely adored harriet when she supposedly thumped singer, 7 people in the room, 6 people cheered, the 7th dropped her coke in her lap!
I agree Loren Singer, AKA, is Nancy Chamber whose really married to David James Elliot. On the show as Commander Rabb he dislikes Loren Singer. When she really his wife. lol. Then later she dies and Commander Rabb is engaged to Sara Mackenzie.
How would Lt. Singer's parents feel about her if they heard that she attacked Harriet while questioning her credibility on the witness stand because she was in grief counseling over the loss of her daughter?
How would Lt. Singer's family feel about her for attacking Harriet Simms in court verbally, assuming Singer had any relatives when she joined the US navy and tried to achieve her goal to become the 1st female Judge Advocate General no matter what the cost?
A person may keep their job with a personality like singers BUT even she wud realize that with such a personality which she said was unchangeable wud prevent her from rising much further in the ranks, she wud never reach JAG even if she had lived.
So much truth I knew an officer just like her. Backstabbing witch and I don’t know anyone who really liked her with and I know nobody trusted her at all. I think she got put in an office and got all the crap cases too.
@@2410jrod I hope I don't run into anyone like that at the Army National Guard transportation Unit I am in. But then again I already did. There is this one female soldier who is the same rank as me, an E-4, who thinks she can order people around. Almost none of the other soldiers like her and she pisses off a lot of personnel including some of the sergeants. Soldiers have nicknamed her V-6 because she thinks she is a sergeant. Which could be a reason why I don't see her anymore during the week. Last time I recently saw her at our unit, she was in civilian clothes. Soldiers who worked with her may have complained to higher-ups about her or something. Which might have either got her either removed from Covid-19 response orders or reassigned to just making deliveries to food banks due to possible high level of soldiers' complaints about her. Or she may have just been taken off orders altogether involuntarily and just doing the regular monthly drills. Nobody likes a pushy bossy co-worker.

Singer paid hugely in the episode that was the pilot for NCIS.
Unfortunately, Loren Singer didn't get the punishment she should've deserved for attacking Harriett Sims on the witness stand more than a year after Harriett lost her baby girl.
It took Bud a lot of self-control to keep himself from yelling his mouth off at Lt. Singer for "attacking " his wife in a military court.
Lt. Singer should've been cited for contempt of court after attacking Harriet Sims on the witness stand.
You got that right.
Yep, but I'd say karma caught up with her.
The nerve of Lt. Singer calling Harriet's baby daughter it, knowing that the baby passed away at birth, while Lt Singer didn't know yet how it feels to be pregnant.

Singer was so cruel in that scene. But she was always cruel. Poor Harriet
Don't worry Singer's face "accidentally" had a not so unfortunate meeting with Harriet's right fist in a later episode.
If Harriet had gone berserk and attacked Lt. Singer verbally while she was on the witness stand, she'd probably get arrested for assault despite that Harriet was in grief counseling to get over the loss of her baby daughter, who died at birth, which is a terrible thing.

I don't think such attitude is tolerated in real life. I mean it depends. Of course it shouldnt be tolerated.

It would be funny if Harriet told Singer to go f**k herself.

Yes it is season 7. Sturgis is in this episode, and Sturgis first appeared in season 7.
The objection on "defenseless as a newborn bady" is not sustained at all. It's an appropriate question, about the emotinal state of the witness.
Yes! Nancy Chambers plays Loren Singer and she is DJE's Wife in real!

Wow?! Is that lt Singer David James Elliot's wife?
Yes, Nanci Chambers. When Singer became pregnant in Season 8, it was because Nanci was pregnant in real life with her and David’s second child.
How would Lt. Singer's parents feel about her if they heard that she attacked Harriet while questioning her credibility on the witness stand because she was in grief counseling over the loss of her daughter?
They would be like "Loren Singer, you ought to be ashamed of yourself. We raised you better than that."
How would Lt. Singer's family feel about her for attacking Harriet Simms in court verbally, assuming Singer had any relatives when she joined the US navy and tried to achieve her goal to become the 1st female Judge Advocate General no matter what the cost?
I never realized Singer was David's real wife.
No. Someone like that would never get past promotion board.
I sure would hate to have someone like that in my Army unit. We would be cursing her out.
Idk why Harm didn't stop her and why he wasn't questioning Harriett.
LT Singer, you Son of a B***h.
At the start when Rabb said yezz
que episodio será?
