My theory.... I think this is about how Craig "saved" Tweek from the horrible anxious lonely existence his parents had caused him, but this caused Tweek to develop such a big dependence and attachment to Craig's love. Tweek starts to become jealous. Controlling. Obsessive. that when Craig starts to need his own space like in Buddha box, Tweek simply can't have that. When Craig puts the box on his head and his lips bleed and he's surrounded by faceless tweeks maybe it's him realizing the real dimension of Tweeks obsession w him and how it has affected him. He has not realized he has been hurt too. and people that like their relationship smiling is the pressure of knowing everyone thinks they are okay. And when Craigs is on the bathtub and tweek is a black stream it could be the weight of tweeks venting and obsessive love breaking him. And the video ends with Tweek forcing Craig to surrender his need of personal space/his freedom/peace of mind and accept his toxic love by force.
