Just freed through the loops twice and it is very secure. Have three loops and feed through twice and it is very secure and easily undone,

Well done! In America 🇺🇸 we “incorrectly” call it the Anchor Bend even though it is a hitch. Variation is to have a second loop through the round turn. Thank you.

It was very helpful until the part where you tied the stop knot and it was entirely off camera

Thanks for your comment Steven, not by greatest work ha ha. More video's coming soon, I have a plan ;-) (and I'll be super mindful of camera angles!!)

It’s too bad your stopper knot was off camera. It would have been nice to see how you tied it.

One twist and go through the loop will give you an overhand knot. Two twists and go through the loop will give you a figure eight. Three twists and go through the loop will give you this video's stopper knot. Sidenote, for another very effective stopper knot, look up Ashley's stopper knot aka Oysterman's knot. If you're good at tying a speed bowline, then you can adapt your skills to tying Ashley's very quickly

Fair point The Captain and thanks for the comment. I'll be more mindful of camera angles when I make the video's I'm planning!

That's a anchor hitch! That would never hold my anchor.
