RA's channel stands out against a sea of AI stupid videos. AB is so talented and seems like such a wonderful person. Can't wait to see AB and CC together again. Happy New Year!

I just started blocking any channels where you can’t see the creator talking, unless it’s just a commentary and not a bunch of clips. We need to not support those types of lazy channels.

AI stupid videos is right! There has been a flood of them seemingly to stir up hate against players on other teams, such as A’ja Wilson, of course Angel Reese, and others. I am a huge Caitlin and Indiana Fever fan-I like AB, Kelsey, Lexie-really the whole team. I’m not a fan of the opposing teams but I DO NOT like spreading false information to only make fans dislike people and think worse of them than deserved.

I think she's built like Moses Malone. That dude was SOLID!! He got his spot and you weren't moving him. She's the same and has a brilliant mind that wants to soak up basketball knowledge as well. The sky's the limit for AB!!!

Happy New Year Dimita! Thanks for the great year. I'm curious to see the training videos coming out going forward, I love the new training coach and the fact that he left everything (his words) behind to take on this new challenge, he seems to be very grounded in reality and that's going to be a huge plus for the Fever going forward.

Yes, keep up the videos of the work-outs as they come out. When I was in college I worked with a Hall of Fame coach and we did many of these kind of work-outs, even in college (55 years ago). I know basketball has changed tremendously since then, but it is great to see someone doing this on the pro level.
Keep up the good work Rachel!!

Basic fundamentals will never change, regardless of the increase in player athleticism/skill level... Even one of the best basketball players of all time Michael Jordan, didn't get as good as he was without tireless practice of basic fundamentals.
      He stated this himself.

Excellent analysis Rachel. This is so much fun to watch. It seems to me that Aliyah is also in top physical condition, and I saw that with Caitlin as well. I can t wait to see more of these workout video s with the other players on the team. Also, I am old school and love the mid range game .Im not in love with the men s game anymore. I hung around with Dr. J ,and Connie Hawkins, and it was all about the mid range game ..That was ABA and the colored ball also ,which is beautiful in rotation. I never thought that i would prefer woman basketball over men s ,but Caitlin did that for me. Also, Aliyah Boston seems like a very sweet young lady.

Rachel, it's not just you, there is a Fluidity that equates to happy movement here...
    1. I came in skeptical - that AB can match CC's speed, timing, & drive.
    2. This workout is perfect - all timing, balance & fluidity
    3. Keith is a Gift and his movement can be seen in Suns players, who will suffer from losing him
    4. AB looks Fit. MORE important than more strength is ultra conditioning - A deeper energy tank leads to running down Ds and getting 4th qtr. rebounds.
    5. In addition to peak conditioning I'd like to see AB release quicker
    6. Hoping for 3 level scoring is a bit greedy, a 50%midrange would wreck the league

As a lifelong basketball and sports in general fan who played sports, I’m 69, Boston to work on her arch as she releases her shot! It’s too flat. Shooting by yourself it’s okay but when you have a defender on you , if your arch is high it’s that much more difficult to block. I played with a 6’11 player who played with the Portland Trailblazers back in the 80’s , a bench player, in a church league. We learned to put extra arch when we shot because of his height. It seemed he could block everything except high arched shots. I know Boston is 6’4” but Aja Wilson is 6’5” so there are women that can block her shot. I’m 5’10” but rarely had my shot block because I put extra arch when necessary and I normally shot with extra arch to avoid getting my shot blocked. Having that peace of mind helps with your confidence. I never worried about getting my shot blocked and focused on making it once I started my shooting motion. Perhaps she doesn’t think about that because of her height. It makes a big difference when you know that in order to block your shot they have to be very close to you, any separation and you know that they have no chance of blocking it.I practiced this many hours to the point that it became a habit and didn’t worry about people blocking my shot. Once you create the separation your mechanics of shooting is automatic. Your percentage will naturally be higher. Practice makes perfect, to a point if you have the talent.

Happy New Year Rachel 🎉🎉🎉 Coach Stephanie White is serious about building a Championship team and has brought the Best assistant coaches to make sure her plans are being put into place. I don't know if I would have left the Suns to go to another team but he does seem to be serious about training this team with all he has to offer.
