Can you do a float installation? Currently having issues they had a sub 75 no power to the box, replaced it with one of these drives have the float hooked up to i2+ and i2- and transducer is hooked up but is just stuffed inside the box, not In the water line it'll run but won't kick off with the float fully raised, float is good still have continuity but can't get it to kick off on its own
I just purchased this system and I fear the installer installed many things incorrectly. Here is a video I made of my improper install. ua-cam.com/video/mHd0yNfBIpUS/v-deo.htmlhould I fix the issues or leave it alone since it’s working? I called Pentair support, and got someone reading from the manual rather than an answer by someone who knew what they were talking about.

Don’t cut the transducer wire if you do you won’t have a ground.

In the video it shows entering 5.5 amps but the motor shows 1.6 SF which one is correct when entering at setup?
The service factor is 1.6 which is the multiplier
SF or service factor is the percentage the motor can safely overload. The amps the motor should pull, under normal use was 5.5
