Hey man! Great rub. I am trying to do a sub 18:30 5k in 4 months do you have any tips or things I shuld be focusing on? I do about 20 miles a week and a few sprints throughtout that, I am 33 and just got off a marathon build in September. Any tips would be great!
Thank you, I appreciate it. I would say up your mileage to at least 40, maybe 50 a week, and do more 5k focused workouts. I do coaching for $15 a month, so if that’s something that interests you send me a DM on instagram or Strava and we can talk more about it and I can give you some more specifics.
