I have also considered a foam cannon but have not tried it yet. One thing. Couldn't you just spay it on top before you roll it up? The solution will still get to the underside and you don't have to get wet. As you spray it, have someone inside roll it up.

If you have bad staining, how long would you keep your awning rolled up for? 30-40 minutes?

I would say that should be good. Depending on how long the stains have been there it may not come 100% but 30 min should be good. Just rinse well to get all the bleach off.

Can a high-pressure water gun clean the RV body?

Sure you just need to keep it at a safe distance so that it doesn't damage any decals. I use a gentle fan pattern tip

I usually use snow foam from chemical guys. You can run any car wash concentrated soap in a foam cannon. I have tried several brands and they all work well. And make good foam.
