The problem here is that the "values" of those who produced and promoted this bill--the "selling points" if you will--are only valid for a short period of time and represent a small fraction of the bulk spending proposed which, upon further inspection, reveals not only careless waste of tax revenue, but a larger situation where no real benefit to the working public exists.
Simple question: Since Congress is obligated to write a budget every year and we elect a POTUS every four year, Members of the House every two and Members of the Senate every six, how do they imagine that future Legislatures will just simply "continue" these programs and expenses?
