    I just want to say that you have dropped out a significant period of Roman history; the Barbarian wars and Marius reforms.
    Other than that, I truly love your series (I'm binge-listening at work everyday)

    This was a decent synopsis of Yulius Kaiser's rise but most of the good and gristly details were left out. He is a man whose motivations and tactics are worth studying.

    He only brought the 13th Legion to Rome when he first crossed the Rubicon leaving behind the rest of his army under Labienus' command. Labienus later switched sides and joined Pompey.

    Dude the correct way of saying names is Julius Kaiser, Selukid Empire, not selusid or seasar
