Lunar years are less than gregorian years. So Aisha could even be 5 years old.
Thereisn't any problem at all. Aisha was using the lunar calendar which has only 11 months. Our calendar has 12 months. When we count people's age, we have to use the same claenar, and if Aisha as 7 lunar years and 1 lunar month, she would be 6 years and 5 moth old using our calendar.

(the wife of the Prophet) I had seen my parents following Islam since I attained the age of puberty. Not a day passed but the Prophet (ﷺ) visited us, both in the mornings and evenings. My father Abu Bakr thought of building a mosque in the courtyard of his house and he did so. He used to pray and recite the Qur'an in it. The pagan women and their children used to stand by him and look at him with surprise. Abu Bakr was a Softhearted person and could not help weeping while reciting the Qur'an. The chiefs of the Quraish pagans became afraid of that (i.e. that their children and women might be affected by the recitation of Qur'an).

Islamic scholar Ibn Kathir (1301-1373) wrote in his book "Al-bidayya wal-nihaya":
“Asma died in 73 A.H (After Hijrah) at the age of one hundred (100) years. She was ten years older than her sister Aisha.”
This would make Asma 28 years of age in 1 A.H , thus making Aisha 18 years old in 1 A.H and 19 years old when she consumed the marriage with Muhamad a.s,because the consumation of marriage happened 2 years after Hijrah to Medina!
In Bukhari 476 we can see that during the age of puberty,Aisha still was at her parents home,unmarried!
In Muslim 892e we can see that Aisha's body height was equal with the height of Muhammad a.s!
Aisha said: "I stood behind him,with his face parallel to my face"!
Quran relates marriageable age with maturity! (Quran 4:6)
"And test the orphans [in their abilities] until they reach marriageable age.
Then if you perceive in them sound judgement, release their property to them."
