Yeah good point Crafty. I'll keep that in mind for future videos. I'll say this, it's night and day. If I were running the original (black) setup even a simple carve was hard work. Switching over the whites, it opens up the board to so many more environments - especially with the suspension.
@@M0LHA Thanks for the response mate. I know it would be an absolute pain to swap back the black bushings since it was a struggle to get them out. The only thing holding me back from getting the white ones is the nasty shipping costs.

@@badbabyboyo9593 yeah when I get a chance I’ll go through the vesc, I need to reconfigure my board as it’s running a bit lazy (under current). The VESC tool stock setting are way better than from factory imo, even that would be an improvement. I haven’t played with the metr yet, best to ask on the forums. If I get one I’ll take a look
@@M0LHA well careful if you try to use a metr or the uart interface at all on that esc. they put a vbat pin right next to the TX pin. Accidently shorted it just now and fried my ESC cpu.

Did you swap both front and back bushings? I saw some people in the Facebook group say they liked white in front and gray in the back
No just the front, black on the rear keeps the board stable at speed. With the current setup it’s very carvy
