If you actually pay attention to these podcasts you'll find that Pyrion, despite being the only non vegitarian/vegan clearly enjoys far more vegetables than either Sips or Lewis, perhaps the reason it's so easy for them to be vegetarians is because their pallet is miniscule.

As a person who’s lost 100 lbs and has maintained it for a while, sips is the only one with sound health advice in terms of food and meals. Lewis is on the right track. Flax has never been to a nutrition class in his life.
Maria priest But keto isn’t a “healthy” way to eat. It just helps your body burn fat. I’m talking about the maintenance afterwards. That’s the “healthy” part.
Late response, but I strongly disagree for a few reasons: 1) Intermittent fasting has been proven to have numerous benefits, not to mention the fact that it aids caloric restriction due to the smaller feeding window. Sip's advice that breakfast is essential and to eat even if you're not hungry is outdated, we get hungry for a reason and we've become way too comfortable not even reaching a true hunger state. 2) Lewis and Sips aren't on the right track because they're both vegans - which is not how we evolved or SHOULD eat - I can respect it for ethical/religious reasons but it's definitely not optimal for human performance. The fact that they have to supplement vitamins and minerals, alongside their physiques (no offense intended) doesn't suggest that their diet is the way forward. Now I also don't believe that Flax is well informed either - eating processed meals etc but I don't think that he has a necessarily bad diet either. I also do believe, based on evidence that the Keto diet is a healthy way to eat if you can sustain and are eating mostly whole foods. Remember that you can still have some carbs on Keto. Carbs aren't essential and most sedentary people do not need the energy from carbs. I tend to think of carbs as fuel for exercise/physical activity rather than an essential macronutrient.
Never had huel, but I quite like the coffee soylent. I hadn't been eating breakfast since it's too much of a hassle to get up early enough before starting work and it's let me make sure I'm not always skipping a meal and it's got enough caffeine to take the place of my morning coffee too.
I think Pyrion is on such a defensive when it comes to vegetarianism and veganism that the mere mention of it brings out the arguments. Like all Lewis said was "I take these supliments because I don't eat meat" and Pyrion immediately started with "again with your vegan and vegetarian agenda! I'm not gonna stop eating meat!" I reckon Pyrion probably does get heckled by Lewis a lot about it because Lewis does seem to bring up his veganism a lot (he brought it up again in the last Simon's Weird News video and Simon immediately called him out on it - if he's like this when he's on screen imagine what he's like off screen). But I also think that Pyrion is so defensive about his meat eating that any time vegetarianism is brought up around him he feels like he has to protect his corner. I reckon it's probably just tiring for Sips, you know he can't bring up anything about food around Pyrion because if he talks about vegetarian chicken nuggets or vegetable based meals Pyrion probably just starts up with his arguing again. Sips has said in the past he got fed up with an ex-coworker for always going on about Sips' choice to be vegetarian so he probably feels the same way about Flax to some extent. This is just massive speculation on my part, I don't want to put words in the mouths of the trio, it's just my opinion based off what I've seen in this video and previous tri-forces.
@@jacobmould1576 I went through a podcast drought and ended up listening to all the episodes 3 times and some way more, something I noticed was Sips doesn't ridicule someone for eating meat however as a whole he does believe humans need to cut down on their meat consumption, Lewis is obviously a big fan of trends so he will hop on anything he reads but generally he doesn't actually bring it up often, alot of the time it's brought up as a result of pyrion mentioning it or bringing up food. Pyrion is hugely defensive on meat consumption, he goes out of his way to constantly affirm he doesn't eat that much meat whenever it's brought up, he also always calls them out for bringing up veganism to him and then takes the piss out of it alot, I think Sips was just tired since pyrion is the one who asked Lewis about it and then got annoyed and said he always brings it up.
I'm usually with Pyrion all the way, but the first half of this podcast is just him being unreasonable and then dismissing alternate opinions and valid counters. Come on man!
Can I just say that when they were talking about b12 deficiency they werent quite right as all diets are now low in b12 even if you ate enough meat as b12 actual comes from the soil stuck to the vegetation animals eat and the best way to get b12 is simply through a vitamin!

With all the private space companies advertising will probably become more common.

Many other people have lost 100-200 lbs on keto diets or include meat in general... Sooooo
Maria priest Oh I’m not talking about meat. Meat is fine. Everything is fine in the correct quantity.
Maria priest But keto isn’t a “healthy” way to eat. It just helps your body burn fat. I’m talking about the maintenance afterwards. That’s the “healthy” part.
@@cboneperlstone9661 Yea i agree keto is only for weight loss or cure diabetes.. I thought you were a vegan at some point xd..
To the tune of Fuel by Metallica:
"GIVE ME HUEL, GIVE ME FIRE, GIVE ME THAT WHICH I DESIRE, OOH!"
The last part always sounded like “gimmedabajazaa!!”
Never had huel, but I quite like the coffee soylent. I hadn't been eating breakfast since it's too much of a hassle to get up early enough before starting work and it's let me make sure I'm not always skipping a meal and it's got enough caffeine to take the place of my morning coffee too.
Anyone else feel weird actual tension between Pyrion and Sips over the diet discussion?
Baldy is ignorant and jaded but he has a point
Tldr all 3 of them don't have a balanced diet
I'm usually with Pyrion all the way, but the first half of this podcast is just him being unreasonable and then dismissing alternate opinions and valid counters. Come on man!
Old man yells at cloud.
I think he might have mistook what Lewis was saying and got defensive. That, or Heul is doing some rad stuff to his brain
It felt like Lewis had some audio lag this episode, he was playing catch up and back tracking quite a bit
Pyrions voices are the best part of this podcast
The 2 and a half dad's trying to rationalise a Kojima game. Abandon all hope lads.
I wonder if Lewis can go one episode without mentioning his new diet.
I wouldn't call it new anymore
Pflax brought it up tho
Can I just say that when they were talking about b12 deficiency they werent quite right as all diets are now low in b12 even if you ate enough meat as b12 actual comes from the soil stuck to the vegetation animals eat and the best way to get b12 is simply through a vitamin!
Seinfeld is another one that has a lot of jokes that just would not fly today. Like the one with the cigar store Indian, one of the funniest episodes in my opinion, would just be torn to shreds today. "HEY JERRY! LOOK WHAT I GOT!!! *insert racist whooping noise*"
I love that episode
@@Happy_Shopper yeah it's one of my favorites too
Pizza Hut payed one million dollars to put their logo on a Russian rocket but the initial plan was to project their logo on to the moon but would have been almost impossible, the Russians also hit a golf ball into space for a Canadian golf company, and that is still not the end of it, they took a giant Pepsi can into space as well for Pepsi to make the first advert in space. With all the private space companies advertising will probably become more common.
20:40 Me that drink a 1.5l of Coke a day and has for the last 15 odd years, I should be dead
32:16 all those people were kojima
I feel like Pyrion has never played a Kojima game before. That's just kind of how it is with that man. He's eccentric, but makes good games.
About time you guys have a podcast on time
Pyrions game sounds kinda fun
Another hour!?!?
*Welcome to heaven*
15:50 Huel.
pyrion "i pitched the game of being a crime family and xcom type game play... me thinking but they have that ? its called empire of sin, and i think there are 2 more similar games? at least? pyrion keeps going " but the combat is not serious and goofy" ahhhh that they do not have
Lewis must have watched the first episode of breaking bad recently
Omg best vegan fight yet
Hearing how ignorant pyrion is about nutrition 🤣🤣🤣
3 old nerds arguing about what's healthy or not is always funny
Lol they got so defensive as soon as pflax pointed out that the healthiest diets include meats.
Is Pyrians game The Godfather 2, I loved that game, I wish there were more games like it
i tell you what i am hopped up on huel
Huel is so good, it takes a minute to make and it tastes like a delicious flapjack milkshake and thats me sold
Marmite is full of B12 and vegan >_
A nice long one
Why does Pyrion hate Jim Parsons?
Whenever I hear about people talking about being a vegetarian or vegan I just buy and eat more meat. It's weird that people who don't like the idea of eating animals makes other people eat more animals.
Does anyone get confused wether sips says "dudes in Mulaska" or "dude sim Alaska"?
It’s dude sin Alaska, but sometimes he does make it sound like that
Very interesting
B12 is also in mushrooms. So no, you don't need meat. Also consuming too much of it isn't great. Which is true for a lot of people since who eats the daily recommendation for meat? What even is it now, 80-100 grams?
Excess B12 gets peed out
Fine, I'll stop listening to #14 to listen to this one, if you insist!
I'm currently on #56! Has to be my 15th relisten 😅
A PLEDGE PIN ON YOUR UNIFORM?!?!?!
Try intermittent fasting! No need to stuff yourself with food all day
Soooo... anyone gonna explain to Flax that B12 is found in dirt, or? 😂😂
I made mention of it in some of the comments. Was kinda disappointed Lewis was not on top of that. WFPB FTW!
i heard a door bell
yelling and getting yelled at fills me with adrenaline, which is helpful if you're trying to get me to exercise
chewing food is important, if you switched to a pure powder based diet (for a lifetime) youd eventually get a deformed skull and your airways would get blocked
Oh my god so that's why my airways are blocked
lovin it
how the fuck does a salad take 15 minutes to make? lettuce in bowl, salad
You guys should watch letterkenny
Sonic Size!
30:50 i like how there like this is so sad
But then Lewis in the past has been like if you wana abort your babby go ahead
Nice! :)
Honestly I love hearing Pyrion defend his desire to eat meat. His roasted ham rant from months ago still sticks with me; I wanted that ham at least!
Kinda just wanna get eiffel towered by these bois
thanks for sharing that
Well that only takes two so who you leaving out?
@@deannac8094 I was thinking lewis can piggy back on pyrion, and cheer him and sips on
@@evelynrobinson2431 Ahahahah, bless you for this comment, really made me laugh.
Uh
46:00 Animal House is probably the start of those 80s party films like Stripes and Porky's. Animal House was partly inspired by a real Frat at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, not too far from where I grew up.
16:00 bruh. Gentlemen, if the star system's terraforming system corrected itself, and you woke to discover the broken Chlorophyll molecule in melanin fully reclaiming darker people, causing them to turn into perfect food animals... And you couldn't digest plants any more (those two changes would most likely go hand in hand)... Would you give up eating or adapt to survive like our fine master Pyrion here? 😁🥓
Keep in mind the upside to this adjustment is that males from Caucasian farming communities would go back to being female naturally (all fetuses begin female), and along with much happier and healthier PLANTLIFE and decreasing desert conditions within biomes... Caucasian life expectancy would increase dramatically.
Rejecting this scenario misses the point of the exercise. If you don't like it, "yes and..." me.
PS the cursed thumbnail from last week still haunts me.
Something about people talking about diets reminds me of people talking about politics. IDC vegan, vegetarian, carnivore, IF, keto, w/e you are - I've never heard anyone use actual facts or data on anything, nor even slightly alter their view on "Their dietary political candidate" from talking about it. Everything just turns into value arguments and discussions. Blegh.
Amen
Amanda Holden
Humans have become so good at processing and eating plants that we eat animals because we can and they're delicious not because we need too.
So Lewis only eats vegetables..
AN HOUR AND 12 MINUTES WHAT IS THIS
LONGCAST
What are u Lewis?
LONGCAST
Guys eat breakfast, even if you're not hungry
How dare you speak ill of Monty Python!
I fucking love how much of this podcast is vegan rants. I'm always rooting for Pyrion, me being a filthy meat eater and all, verbally beating down sips and Lewis.
anyone else watching on acid?
Hmm, Pyrion saying an hour and 10 when it was an hour and 6 or so. Wonder what was cut out?
He probably rounded it up
Control is literally just an scp game xD the dlc is litrally called The Foundation xD
Can't wait for the Alan Wake DLC! Been forever since there was any new Wake content.
"Small fries in us is large in uk"
Sorry but gotta call bs on that one mate us small fries is like literally 11 fries
yeah but the american ones are full of chemicals that make the a lot more unhealthy compared to uks version which is literally salt potatoes and the frying oil
@@markregan4737 That's also not really accurate at all. Just weird stereotypes from the brits of americans.
@@Sky_Shas It's like listening to Lewis talk about meat in the US. His idea of food here is definitely based in reality, but his actual examples are always absurdly over-exaggerated...like the idea that bacon here is some extruded slurry of meat product...
@@Sky_Shas you can check the contents of mcdonalds fires online for the US vs UK, our food standard laws prevent them from doing what they do to the american fries to uk ones
@@markregan4737 You should do our actual research. The ingredients in the vegetable oil are additives that are in no way "bad" for you. You're just conflating chemicals with bad. If you're considered about unhealthiness don't eat deep fried foods.
Wow 1h15min
Don't get diet advice from Lewis
Pflax is like that racist uncle that has trouble taking in any new viewpoint no matter how logical
