    Fully extend on the curls and go deeper when you do the leg press, love to see the progress Luke!

    Be careful when doing the leg press to not lock your legs. I didn’t see you doing so but as the weight gets heavier it can seem easier to lock them on the top of the push motion. I made that mistake a lot at the beginning of my journey and I crying thinking about it. Stay safe and stay strong 💪💪

    Luke is tall as hell. If he were to put on some more muscle he’d be a tank.

    If you lift weights do not do the same weight lifting exercises because your body will platoe and get use to your routine. Do one day all legs then the rest a day. Then do arms then rest a day. Then do running. So that way you will give your body time to rest in between exercises. And only exercises about 3 days a week. I use to do that. And it worked better than working out everyday.

    I would suggest you not doing all body exercises on the same day Luke. The reason why I say this is because your body needs to recover if you do the same body parts everyday. For example, Monday do Leg quad day, Tuesday biceps and back, Wednesday chest and shoulder day , Thursday, leg day glutes, Friday, chest and shoulder day again, Saturday back and bicep day. On the other hand you are at least doing strength training.
