    Can i do drop set in every workout? Like as biceps I'll do 4 workout today each 4 sets. Example I'll do bicep curls 4 sets then move to next one do hammer curls 4 sets then move to next. So my question is can i do drop set in every workouts last set? Like in bicep curls at the end i did a drop set then i go to hammer curls can i do a drop set at the last set and 2 more workout too

    Is this the correct way to do dropsets? Sorry for the long explanation.
    I usually do 1 warmup set with 12 reps on an Iso exercise like cable pushdowns, then 3 working sets with 8 reps
    Should I drop the weight after the last working set then keep dropping it to failure?

      you dont need to do a warm up set for every exercise, just do 1-2 for the first exercise of the workout, and maybe some mobility warmout for the joints.
      and yes, you should drop at the last working set, so if you do 3 working sets, and the end of the 3th set, you lower the weight, and do another couple reps/go until failure, then you drop the weight again and again.. drop it like 1-5 times

    Can I do the drop set in a week for four excerises for each muscle and each one I do drop in weight in the four excerises

    Is dropset always the last set of the reps? For instance i want to do barbell curl 3 sets of 8 reps is it the last set that i will reduce the weight plates, stack or dumbbell? Please let me know

      If I am to busy to stay in the gym on a particular day for very long I do drop sets instead of normal set

      I've been wondering this myself, let me know if you figured it out? I'll do a drop set and usually just leave it at that but I'm wondering if I should rest and then do another drop set

    Nice form !! Is that right, when they say doing lots of drop sets (like every week) will burn the muscles and they won't grow bigger?

      nah, its the opposite, more burn = more muscle grow, gotta get that pump

      Dropsets require more rest, if you ignore this and don't let your muscles recover fully it will hinder your growth.

    Do you drop the weight till you're at the lowest weight possible? Or do you just drop the weight once totalling only one extra set?

      Drop weight till you are at start weight I do 12 10 8 reps going to heaviest then on 4th set do as many as you can then drop weight each time till you are at your start weight. Example bicep cable curls. 12 reps 10kg 10 reps 15kg 8 reps 20kg. Start dropset Do what can on 20kg then drop 15kg and so on. Push to your limit some people like to stick to certain rep range when dropping other do what can till can't do another rep. Hope help im not a pro just my experience

    Do take a break between the sets or just lower the weight and keep going till your muscles Fatigue

      If you're doing drop sets I'd say just drop and go. Only rest between normal workouts

      This varies. Some only drops it once like this guy does. I like to drop it 3-5 times. And i drop the weight about 20% each time. On my biceps i usually finish with like 4kg dumb bells and i can barely do 10 reps before my arm feels like it's gonna fall off.

      yeah yeah dont do dropsets too frequently it is very taxing on the body and can cause harm if done to much do it once every week or so on a heavy workout like bench press

    Aye bro, correct me if I'm wrong
    I have 5 exercises for every muscle group, so I will do the dropset after the 3rd set of the fifth exercise?
    Also, should I do dropsets in small muscle groups, like forearms, bi/triceps?

      Yes you can but do it sparingly.On the third sets do 6-8 heavy reps and then drop the weight and do it untill failure.Lastly, you can't do on every muscle group.Only on those which are weaker or which you want to grow in particular.Like for instance your tricep!

    Sir, suppose I have done 3 regular sets and then the 4th set will be a drop set for me , my question is , should the fourth set's starting weight be increased than the 3rd regular set's weight!?

      after each set the exercise becomes more and more difficult, so increasing the weight after the 3th set doesnt make a lot of sence, i would stick to the same weight or lower it if you cant get the amout of reps you want
