I like the guitar in the beginning... not only gives it a zorro feel, but gives a sense of loneliness, and wandering... which then turns into bad assedness: the two characteristics of a Metroid Game and of Samus.
I'm very pleased with this interpretation of the song and think it's a wonderful take on it. Everything meshes, keeps with the original melody even though it's clearly it's own piece and it just flat out rocks. This is expert! Keep it up and keep it rockin'! DarkX

@TheKayasto I know what you mean. I held off on getting a wii until E3 last year. NSMBW and Other M convinced me. Those and Prime Trilogy. In my opinion the Wii's got quite a few good games out on it. I guess it just depends on what genres you play and all that.
THIS FUCKING ROCKS!!! It's great to finally see another Metroid Prime remix finally after so long.. Anyone who hasn't played this series is missing out truly. get a GameCube for the first 2 or get a Wii. The Wii does have some shitty games and honestly the very few games it does have is barely a reason to get one and the good games that keep coming out are little reason to pull it out and dust it off and play it...but it does have enough to keep it out of storage for a bit
I'm honestly surprised. I enjoyed the Menu Theme, but this takes it a level higher. I can't help listening to it over and over. That said, the narrative that comes up during the song is distracting and a little unnecessary. But that's the only downside.
That battle theme in the beginning first felt os out of the place, but at the same time very interesting and innovative to me, then starts the metal part which is a good bridge and fits well with the kind of western sounding intro part... which I could clearly explain how awesome this sounds to me, but I can't... So I will just favorite it instead! =D
@Negrumir ur missin out man O: if you have a wii (but then again who dosnt?) i recomend going out and buying the Metroid Prime trilogy for ur wii, its great :D
@BronzeSoldat yea, your right ._. but thats why you find an alt game to play like KH and Final Fantasy :D i only say those cause ima RPG/Adventure gamer :P but if your into metroid the most i would say halo would be a good alt as well as maybe bio-shock O-x but yea, find some alt games to play to keep ya busy till your next fav nintendo game comes out ^_^
@TheKayasto Well I don't have a Wii or a gameboy or anything else that would play any of the Metroid games. Actually Metroid is one of the only reasons I would get a Wii and it's just not enough. In my opinion, most of the Wii games are no fun. I'll just have to keep missing out unless I miraculously end up with one. Put I'm perfectly okay with what I've got now. :)
@TheKayasto Well, to be honest, the other systems are coming out with new, great games monthly while on the Wii, you have to wait until Nintendo comes out with the next Mario, Zelda, or Metroid. And thats it now and days, no Kirby, Star Fox, or Donkey Kong.

It's technically not a Waltz since it's not 3/4 time, but it's still pretty good.
