Knowing how crazy you are with Key, I'm super excited to see how you'd react to him in these performances especially on the "floor actions" part in Dynamite lol! Seriously, Key has always been the one I watch the most during live performances. I definitely agree with you on concert performances being so much better than comeback stages, it’s completely incomparable. SHINee are known for their concert performances for a reason! However… someone already said it in the comments, one of the rare exceptions with music shows performances is Odd Eye (Inkigayo one), it’s a must see. The concert version is actually more tame and surprisingly not filmed that well. So if you’re going to watch it (and trust me, as a Kibum fan you NEED to see it, he rules the performance!), watch Inkigayo stage ^^

Once you get to know their voices you will always be able to pick them out of a crowd just by the sound of their voice. Most Shawols will tell you we can tell who is speaking or singing within 1 second even with our eyes closed with them standing in a crowd of screaming fans. I can tell who is singing every line of their songs even if it's a brand new song that I have never heard. Each of their voices are that unique -- there is no one with a voice like any of theirs. That is why they are "The Princes of Kpop". EVERY time SHINee performs a song it will be different than what you have experienced before. That is why SHINee are one of the best performers in the industry. SHINee live is just as good the 100th time you see them perform a song as they are the first time you see it because they always make it unique. You never get tired of their songs because they know how to make it seem like a whole new experience every time. SHINee literally set the standard when it comes to live performances. Comeback stage performances are entirely programmed cameras, there are no camera persons involved with the live performance, except for the close-up camera. They base it on rehearsal, pre-timed to the vocals, that's why members literally wear their names on themselves during the dry runs. Whenever you see full cam performances [the vocals are usually not the "perfect" version], you'll see cameras on the tracks, cameras on huge arms and possible one or two cameras running into the killing point and the ending fairy moments. Then in production, its digitally timed to the back tracks, and if the artist has decent live vocals [each artist tunes their live vocals to their own back tracking vocals based on a percentage], it's all digitally mixed and that's what we hear. It can be sterile. Some concerts are the same, but with artists like SHINee, that is NOT the case - we get LIVE LIVE LIVE vocals.
I am not finished watching, but your „Taemin is braver than me“-comment regarding eyecontact with Jjong had me thinking: well Tae DID perform internet war with shirtless, oily/sweaty Jjong.
