Cleaning, often known as scaling, is a painless dental operation. We use ultrasonic vibrating motors to remove calculus and plaque deposits from the tooth surface in this technique. When calculus begins to develop, it pulls the gum tissues away from the tooth surface, and calculus begins to form in between the tooth's neck and neck, like a collar, which is felt as a gap because calculus is eliminated at this stage. The gum and good bone tissue once inhabited this space. So it's critical to get a cleaning every six months to ensure that tissue loss is minimal.

My teeth is totally destroy enamal ...sir bhut hi yellow ban gye h meri age 22 years h ..only sugar and tea se hua h aisa ..i am never smoke and i do brush daily.
