Yes Amen 🙏we must take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ , God showed me a thought is a tree, er have the Axe / sword to chop that tree down as soon as we recognize the danger , and redirect that thought with scripture , prayer and worship .thank you for teaching the Truth according to God's Word Pastor
Gotta love the internet (well sometimes) anyway praise the Lord for leading me to this channel. I just finished up your 1 Samuel series now moving on to 2 Samuel... Both are one of my favorite OT books. Soon ill be caught up to your studies in real time! lol. Peace and blessings!
Thank you pastor your teachings made me understand better . I was studying this 2 Sam 2 : 12 onwards but I was finding it difficult to understand. God bless you
As I understand, "baal" originally meant "lord" and was commonly used in names. Then, looking backwards, people avoided using that word due to its demonic associations (just look at what Jezebel did in Baal's name) and censored instances of "baal" with "bosheth" which means "shame." It's possible Saul named his son Ish-baal, and the author recorded it as Ish-bosheth. So the people rallied to "Man of Baal" or "Man of his lord," maybe, as opposed to beloved David. Which may be worse hah.
If you are both believers and followers of Jesus then infidelity should not be an issue because of your fear of the Lord. You would not make marriage a mockery and repentance would follow sin. The church encourages believers to seek God so if both the wife and husband are followers of Jesus then the secular court would not give you what the Holy Church would give in supporting true restoration.
God bless you Pastor Daniel. I am so blessed by your teachings. Thank you for sharing your wisdom through the Holy Spirit. 💓

So is it wrong to take your husband to court? After he fought cheating?
