This is a new song by Natalie Groves and is almost like a letter to a future lover but also to yourself. The song is about letting yourself heal after a bad breakup because you don't want people to take advantage of you again. It's like telling yourself as much as you want to feel those butterflies again through someone else, you need to restrain yourself and heal yourself and love yourself and even find who you truly are and what you want to do with your life before you try again with another relationship.
