- What if Sonic stayed with Fiona Fox? What if Sonic Married Fiona Fox?
In this alternate scenario that takes place on the Archie Comics Pre-Genesis Wave, we'll see what would've happened if instead of joining Scourge, Fiona Fox decided to stay with Sonic just to change him to become more like her, with Sonic having to deal with a toxic relationship.

Now this would have been a good idea. If Sally wasn't the main girl, this could have played out well into the archie story.
I like this what if story. Fiona feels like a real person, someone who is a conflicting individual with a dark past that she doesn't want to talk about much, she feels like in her eyes, the Freedom Fighters failed to help her when she needs them, thus, she thinks they can't be trusted. What's why she is a relatable character that many people can understand her psyche from the comics.
She's actually my favorite character in the franchise
Imagine if Fiona suddenly revealed herself as a double agent and went with scourge just to screw up his plans?
Would have likely happened if Ian Flynn hadn't been deadset on purposefully sinking the Fiona/Sonic ship, even with it not making any goddamned sense.
Ian Flynn gave a good reason that was even hinted at before he joined. Sonic and Sally were still in love, and Sonic just went with Fiona so he wouldn't be alone.
This is absolutely top notch, would have been quite nice to see this as an official storyline, but seeing it in this form is enough for me. By the by, I have an AU idea: What if Sonic and Bunnie Rabbot had ended up developing a romantic relationship instead of Sonic and Sally? I'd genuinely like to know what what have changed had that whole thing gone down.

Hallelujah, it's finally here and it was glorious to watch! The wait, the anticipation, and everything in between made this so much special! Seeing everything from how Fiona lured Sonic in their relationship and marriage, by manipulation and planting seeds a rebellious and distrust towards his friends was surprisingly beautiful to see.
As well as watching Sonic still having doubts about this new Path he was on, because he still was not giving up on Fiona because of his love for her was genuine and never fake. Kitare, my friend you did an excellent job with this. Nuff said for me, enjoy the rest of your day. :D

I am genuinely happy that you liked the video and got the message from him, it was really something that I was thrilled to write, mainly because it is a new experience to make Sonic be in a limit situation in terms of relationship!
The idea of Sonic being with Fiona is pretty crazy, mainly because she's such a HATED character, and making her have a redemption at the end of it, was something I didn't think could work so much, but I was emotional with each art and with the script itself showing that Sonic really liked Fiona and cared for her, even though he was going through a bad time, he NEVER gave up on her, and her accepting Sonic as he is was something I also thought I could be something controversial XD
But seriously, I thank you for the analysis and the feedback!
@@KitareStation I should be thanking you, for creating this wonderful Masterpiece and for doing something for a character that has been mostly hated after too many bad choices. It was beautiful to watch this alternative reality of both of them working through their trials and errors to get her from being a one-off fling to an actual relationship.
You my friend have a talent for creating brand new universes and stories for characters both loved and hated and I cannot wait to see what your next project will be down the line. :D

I Have a few Ideas!
• What If Tangle and Whisper Came From/Were Sent to The Archie Sonic Universe (Prime Zone Pre-SGW or Post-SGW, Either One).
It could include the other IDW Sonic Characters as well such as: Crystal the Beetle, Belle the Tinkerer, Dr. Starline, The Diamond Cutters, Mimic the Octopus, Rough and Tumble, Etc. I wonder how they will interact with the Archie Sonic Characters? I would love to see Whisper interact with Lupe and her Wolf Pack, or Tangle Meeting Sally and the Resistance/Restoration interacting with the Freedom Fighters.
Or
• What If The Archie Sonic Universe (Pre-SGW) and The Fleetway Sonic Universes Collided (Alternate Worlds Collide). The Freedon Fighter Groups of Both Realities would Fight Each other until they figure out that The Dr. Eggman’s of there worlds were responsible for the crossover and team up!
Or
• What If Sonic (Archie Sonic Comics; Post-SGW) Reversed The Super Genesis Wave.
The Freedom Fighters/Sky Patrol figure out a way to reverse what Dr. Eggman did to there world, But things DON’T go "back to normal". The Worlds (and the people from there) of Pre-SGW "Mobius" and Post-SGW "Earth" are Co-Existing in the Same Dimension and Things Get Super Weird! As if The Two World Theory in The Games Wasn’t Weird Enough!

• What If All The Eggman Empire Lackies Went on Strike! You Created a alternate dimension that truly makes sense , good job and nice theory video.
IMO,Sonic woudn't be a serious hero type with Fiona as her partner and permantently girlfriend.
He would be more aggresive towards Eggman robots and another baddie two-shoes.He would had an emotional crisis too.But still,making jokes and running gags as always.
Kind of crazier than I thought it would be, but at least it got made.
Watching the ending for the 3rd time actually brought tears to my eyes lol

I didn't like her for a long time but after she was so nice to scourge in one of his last vids....idk anymore ...and everyone deserves a second chance right? Also she was trying to stop scourge from turning bad (dark form) so i think she really changed ....

What if The Events of IDW’s Tangle and Whisper happened in the Sonic Archie Comics?
Either in the Pre-SGW or Post-SGW!
Never have I seen anyone do an Archie what if. Now I want more of these. There is tons of possibilities in the comics. I was curious about if what if Sonic chose Mina The Mongoose. Could garner plenty changes judging from how both characters routes really split apart in the original canon.
Plus Sonic's girlfriend being a pop/rock star sounds too rad to ignore. I am also if the Genesis Wave could come to play in this. It didn't in this one. But we'll see if there is any What If that involves it in the future.

This was a good alternative universe story Fiona having a Redemption arc we’re she does turn good and Gets together with Sonic starting off as a Antihero.

This was amazing! 👏🏾 👏🏾 I didn't know much about sonic and Fiona Fox's relationship, (much less fiona fox herself other than the fact that she exist and there was something between her and Tails) but this was sure an interesting take on their story. It got me to learn a lot more about Fiona's character, other than the fact that she was an antagonist in the franchise. Hope to see more content like this from you.

But remember in this interpretation,Sonic is dependant on Fiona due to his past breakup with Sally and he probably just don't want to be alone

Here’s another one. What if scourge never got his green fur and stayed as a under powered blue copy of sonic but wearing his new jacket, shoes, sung glasses and maybe still getting his scar chest

Hmm this would actually make for a good story and still give Tails a strong character growth arc where he learns to overcome his lust and infatuation for a woman who he never really got to know or understand. I like it.

do not take it the wrong way I also love this couple and it could have been better developed in the comics, but in your story they should apologize to sonic and fiona because doubt and prejudice was what started the tensions
No problem! I see what you're trying to say, and yeah, if I were to make a sequel, the first thing the Freedom Fighters would do is apologize for how they treated her, but still keeping an eye on her.

@@KitareStation Despite loving him, she abused him and had doubts about whether he would save her, and when it was seen that he truly loved and would protect her, there he apologized for his errors of judgment, you could not do another story where sonic and fiona have a relationship similar to batman and catwoman

I always felt that Fiona would've had some great potential if Ian Flynn didn't mess her up.
I don't follow the comics, but coming upon this video was interesting...and I'm not sure how I feel about this & the way it was written (well, mostly Scourge's decision-making)

This video is very deep, tragic, humorous, and very satisfying. Sure I like how Ian handled the comics before the reboot, but considering that this is the only official canon that embraced shippings, I think this would be an interesting direction!

I like that Sonic and Sally got back together, and I think Fiona going with Scourge was a good story, but this is an interesting what if, as Sonic only went with Fiona to fill the whole in his heart.

Amazing video. I saw in one of the comments about an AU where sonic and bunnie become a couple instead of being with antoine and sally, I think it's quite an interesting idea and it reminded me of a sonic x bunnie fanfic called Mercurial Signs, the story and the development is good, you can read it if you want.

Though I do have one problem I only now realize. Why does fiona still get the evil black suit even though in this world she never turned evil and joined scourge? Instead becomes morally grey
I felt it would be interesting that she would still change her suit to black to fit how she would still try out this more rebel style despite not ending up evil.

Also remember Jason Griffith, the man who voiced sonic in SONIC X, and sonic games between the years 2005-2010, I say 2010 because there were games that were released in 2010 with Jason's voice!
I have a new idea for a sonic what if. What if Sonic accepted Sally's offer in issue #134 instead of rejecting it. I think it would be a good idea to try, Kitare Station. Think about it.
