it would be interesting to do a big tasting of 09' next to 10' Bordeaux. The 09's are still quite tannic IMO. We don't have as much experience with the 10's
I am intrigued by how wine reviewers, like Mr. Parker, can taste a young Bordeaux, and see the promise 10 years in advance of the wine. I taste a Bordeaux five years after bottling and I only taste harsh tannins, no fruit, no flavor.
I’m hoping one day Bob releases a ton of videos he’s been holding back. Such a wealth of knowledge and he is such an easy relatable communicator
