First of all as usual the content is extraordinary. Secondly, as u mentioned we can suggest our topics so that u can make videos, I think one area which no body covers is Analysis on the research reports. Could you plz collect various research reports from different brokers and explain to us in different industries?
Thanks. Yes, in the near future videos on those are planned. Please do subscribe to the channel and click on the notification bell so you remain updated
Fundamental Analysis is trying to find intrinsic value of a business. Valuation is the process of evaluating the business value Financial Modeling is a broader term, but is commonly used for business valuation modeling. Financial Modeling in our opinion is solving any problem in finance using Excel, by building a model. Now this could be company valuation, this could be portfolio optimization, Project finance, MIS, anything..
great content keep learning us Can you tell us how do you put company finacial data on excel so clean such as P&L statement balance sheet and cash flow and how can we done that also
@@FinShiksha Yes Sir, need a Video of how to prepare a financial modelling in excel, i found some of the videos in UA-cam even it has quality content but it was completely in Hindi. While skills are paramount,to be honest, since these are well contested fields, a CFA helps. A strong educational background also helps. So I wouldn't say a CFA is compulsory. But it definitely adds an advantage. But even a CFA without the requisite skills is not going to be helpful. So I think working on skills is paramount, and then everything else is just improving the odds of shortlists and selections.
I want to ask one serious question that...if person don't have any professional degree like ca, cs ,cma ,cfa cpa, etc.. simple bba graduate and basic skills like basic ms Excel..and basic knowledge about financial modelling and Interest in share market and investment related..can possible get ajob as a fresher in equity research career. plz tell.❤❤❤
Skills are paramount. But to be honest, since these are well contested fields, a degree helps, because that becomes the shortlist criteria. Think from the point of view of the recruiter, why would they hire someone when they have the choice to hire MBA, CFA, CA etc. Or more importantly, before shortlisting, how would they know if someone has the skills? They get 100s of applications, how do they shortlist? This is not to discourage, but just to show that if you are competing against someone who has those degrees, than the skill needs to be superior. And we will have to showcase that skill to the firm. Hope that helps.
