I can see having my Mother, Siblings, Children and grandkids all living on this estate.
However, I was a little opaque about some of the hardware being brass, black, brown or bronze .
Nothing that myself proclaimed interior designer couldn't fix lol.

Omg this house is stunning from the exterior of it. The curb appeal is awesome the long drive you take to get the house. The views from every room. I love the beautiful hardwood floors. I love everything about this house the bedrooms en suites are spacious the walk in closets. I love the cook top the pot filler the kitchen is stunning. The family room with the high ceilings that just awesome. It has enough cabinets in the kitchen the walk in pantry. The huge bar is a wow factor for me. The dining room is just stunning the crown moldings the wayne cottings. The detail of it bring a lot of charm. The lower level is huge. So many different things you can do down there. The master suite is omg is beyond gorgeous the sitting area. The fact they have 2 oversized walk in closet I love that with her own makeup vanity. The private balcony that awesome to have. I love how the backyard is so spacious with the pool and spa. You own pond to have and the view is stunning. My hat off to the builder of this home you guys did an awesome job. This is my dream house and I say here I come.

And by the way, Fayetteville, GA. is a nice area. I have a friend and his wife that live in the area and they throw parties all of the time. If I were blessed with a home a acreage like this the space would get used. I could have family reunions here, plant a garden, entertain and have my friends fly in from out of State as well as from out of the country for a visit. God can make it so. 😇

Fayetteville is a combination of suburban, exurban and urban with some acreage /green space or land to build, definitely not rural or country in the true sense. Rick Ross has a property in Fayetteville as well, called the promise land.
I love EVERYTHING about this estate home, outdoor living, a swimming pool, two lakes, the jetted spa tub, the basketball court and especially, the acreage for the price!

Whoever gets this house they got to have a big family cuz if you have gatherings at your house like this you can get a chelf to come into your home and cook for everyone tomorrow everybody is in the pool doing the basketball looking at a movie or just having fun in general having a good time but you mostly have to have a car a motorcycle and a truck or a bike to ride in still.😊😊😊😊

It's Fayetteville, not Vermont. It's not that remote.
The public schools are only a mile or so away. There are police & fire in the immediate area. There are hospitals 5-10 miles on either side. This property is located in Fayetteville, GA near Lovejoy & Hampton as well. The Atlanta Motor Speedway & JW Smith are close by.

This is a nice home but the kitchen and bathrooms need and updating
Understandable. However what you are getting for the asking price is unmatched!
I drove by this house. Very nice up and coming neighborhood with manicured lawns but it's not gated. After speaking to the tax assessor, they advised me that the driveway is in Fayette County but the house sits in Clayton County. This was on my list but I'm not a fan of the high school for my kids would have attended. From the pics on Zillow,, it definitely needs updating and I would find it hard to decorate certain rooms because of the odd curvature shaped walls.
@@user-sm9hs8tj8oThat's crazy for not being in a gated community and even crazier is that you were informed of the property being shared by two counties.; I'm pretty sure that's common across the country but one doesn't think of it as an everyday thing. I went to check it out in Zillow and it's recently shown being sold for under $1M last year to be listed for $3M, and recently dropped to $2.98M; I'm going to watch it to see what it actually sells for whenever it does sell.
The wire racks in these closets are just ridiculous. They serve no purpose for storage or hanging clothes. They cannot handle weight. They will most definitely have to all be updated.
The overall is beautiful and will need some upgrades because of age of outdated materials and appliances.

an acre is about the size of a football field
14000 sqft is about 1/3 acre
too much land , way too much -- if all you want is a single family dwelling
if all one wants is a single family dwelling , regardless of size -- then I would max out at 5-6acres
even if the house were 42000sqft (triple the house sq. footage , it is still less than 1acre) , you still
would have 4/5 acres of land left over for privacy/long driveway , etc.
