Lovely to see you Elle! Glad you’re better 😊 that piece for your grandson is awesome, he’s going to be so happy with it! My husband is a big fan of lotr - that fabric is just beautiful 🩷 xx
I love your beetle pop piece, it's looking amazing and your Pokémon stitch is great. That fabric of lotr is amazing, there are so many patterns that would look great on it. Thank you for another lovely video.
I'm so happy you are back! I felt like I hadn't seen you I forever. The details in Pokémon is fantastic. LOTR is one of my husband's favorites. That fabric is beautiful.
I'll put my name in the hat for the LOTR fabric. I've actually been a fan since the first US paperback printing in the 1960s! I spent a lot of time this last month on the Mead Dragon and got in 5,500 stitches! I think that's a record for me. And retirement is three months away. I can't wait.
Resistance is futile project looks so lovely with the blues!! And Beetlepop looks INCREDIBLE! its coming along so well! and its absolutely shocking how much along you have gotten with the pokemon project! I love it!
I thought Resistance was larger than it is, but its nice to be surprised that a design isn't a large as I thought once in a while.😉 Beetlepop is quickly becoming a family favorite so excited to know pokemon will be done sooner so i can give beetle pop more time. Take care.
Glad you are getting better. I know nothing about Pokemon. But I like how its looks. I think its a very fun stitch, because everytime you have a finish. O and beetle pop is so cool looking. Love the new fabrics. Happy stitching
Beatle pop is certainly popping on that fabric. I really like the Pokémon piece but by the time I finish it my son would be too old for it. I do love the fact that not only have you entered your grandsons world more but he is trying to enter your world more. That LOTR fabric is amazing. I’m international for you so if I don’t count please don’t worry your UA-cam’s are enough for me without any other benefits. Hope what ever you caught fully goes soon and it’s a shame you missed your granddaughter but hopefully next time you won’t be let down by transport.
Pokemon as large but has plenty of unstitched area so it only cones to 67,000 stitches, not all that large when looking at it from the stitch count. International is good so not worries. Take care, Charmaine.
Your Long Dog looks awesome! And of course Stone Expression 😁 Too bad you can't see your granddaughter's play 🙁 Hope you had a nice weekend with your grandson! Sometimes I feel like where I live could be in LOTR ⛰
I can't believe how fast you are getting that Pokemon chart done. It looks amazing. Getting quite tempted to make this for my daughter. Even at 29, they would love it. I am currently collecting Rit dyes in various colours to have a go at dying my own fabric. Not taken the plunge yet though.
This Pokemon chart is well designed and works in Pattern Keeper if you decide to stitch it. My top for fabric dyeing with RIT is to add salt to the water first to make it colorfast. Good luck.
Great video!! It was really nice to hear a little bit about Pokémon. Love the Beetle pop piece the white really pops . The fabric is really beautiful, I wasn't sure that it was international.... Hoping that you are feeling a lot better. Take care💖
Hi Celina. I knew pretty much nothing about Pokemon until I started this project. Its been fun seeing my grandson get excited to share this knowledge as I stitch. Did you know there is finally a beetlejuice movie coming out this autumn?
Pokémon is so awesome! I absolutely LOVE the beetlepop...Beetlejuice is in my top 5 fave movies, I even have a handbook for the recently deceased needle minder 😂...can't wait to see that 1 done and framed! 🪡❤️
@thekeystonestitcher that would be amazing if the sequel actually came out! I'd def pay to see that!! ❤️ Happy stitching look forward to seeing all ur progress 🪡
Wow! You made amazing progress on Pokemon!! The Nidoqueen looks like a rat before it's fully grown, but I don't get how it resembles a hare. I love the "sunset" fabrics you picked for your Bothy Threads! I love the LOTR fabric - that would be awesome to stitch on!! I'm sorry you're going to miss your granddaughter's play. Glad you're feeling better though! 😊
Hi Tamara. When it comes to Pokemon I don't see the inspiration animals in many of the characters but if my grandson is happy that's all that matters. Take care.
Very good question. The fabric for Stone Expression was a piece I was experimenting with that just happened to be the right size when I wanted to start that project. I will dye fabric for a full coverage though when the chart has a lot of white or very light colors to help me see what I am stitching.
Lovely to see you Elle! Glad you’re better 😊 that piece for your grandson is awesome, he’s going to be so happy with it! My husband is a big fan of lotr - that fabric is just beautiful 🩷 xx
I was so disappointed that fabric didn't show up on camera, its gorgeous. My grandson asks to see his Pokemon piece every time he visits. Take care.
I love how your beetle juice project is coming along! Beautiful fabric! ❤
Thank you. Beetle pop will be my focus piece soon so you will see a lot more of her. Take care.
I love your beetle pop piece, it's looking amazing and your Pokémon stitch is great. That fabric of lotr is amazing, there are so many patterns that would look great on it. Thank you for another lovely video.
Hi Helen and thank you. Cant wait to see both Beetle pop and pokemon done. Take care.

Hi Jessica. Yes, I'm back now that I have a voice again. My favorite part of Pokemon as that they details pop without a single back stitch. ☺️

Karla, I cant wait to hear how much stitching time you get once you retire! 5,500 isnt bad on a piece.

I am feeling much better, thank you, Nina. Yes, pokemon feels like it is stitching up quicker because of all the little finishes. Take care.

I'm curious. Why would you dye a piece of fabric for a full coverage chart?
