Auburn vs. Oklahoma PREDICTIONS | 2024 College Football Predictions

- We’d bet you didn’t know that Auburn ranks second in the SEC at 8.0 yards
per play. The problems: The Tigers turn it over on 6.1% of offensive snaps (of which they average just 58 a game) and have accumulated a lot of those stats against two awful defenses (Alabama A&M, New Mexico).
- Oklahoma leads the country with 12 turnovers gained, and has a ball-hawking safety in Billy Bowman who can easily create scores for the defense.

Im a Vol grad, and the other school on my final was the War Eagles. Gotta get the QB in the game, and it gets done. This is way important to both teams, so gonna be defensive and both under 24. ( It wasn't long ago a defensive game was more like 17-7. Times have changed.)

I think Auburn takes the approach they had against Bama and Georgia last season and barely tries to throw or at least doesn’t do much more than screens and underneath stuff. Just play field position and hope the true freshman QB for Oklahoma makes some mistakes. I think Oklahoma makes more stops than Auburn, though. I’m going 20-10 Oklahoma.
