Looks great. The 1997-1999 f-bodies have the gray interior and the 2000-2002 cars have the ebony interior.
Ahhhh that makes so much sense now. My last one was a 94 formula and I thought I had all the RPO codes memorized but I've never owned an '01 to '02 until now. This one has ebony but it seems like they mix and match colors and they only made the dashboard in the center console black along with some trim. Thank you!
@@BryanEnsign someone may have replaced some parts, but it looks much better now. I enjoy Firebird videos.
The new one matches WAY better! Funny is saw this video, as I just noticed mine is starting to show an indent from my elbow that I literally just noticed last week. I never realized that I pushed with my elbow off of it every time I get out. I'm surprised it lasted as long as it has. Where did you get yours? Thanks for the video!
I have a 2001 V6 Firebird in Ebony. Mine came with leather seats, so I can't comment on if the seats are original or not. My car is currently in storage in Wisconsin but I'll be picking it up and bringing down to Arkansas next month. I can let you know then if the original console lid was ebony or dark gray.

I got a replacement but not like this. Mine appears to be the same as the original. Trying to figure out the install steps for this one.
