- It is the day we've been dreading... Brock is packing up all his things for his 2 year church mission! He is serving in Brazil and needed a bunch of things including, first aid kit, durable shoes, scriptures, bags and more!! This whole video is a pack-with-me/ packing everything I need for my church mission!

I wanted to, but I couldn't use just one suitcase on my mission, I had to use two because I didn't have a big suitcase and I took a lot of things. I served in the south of Brazil so it's quite cold, so a whole suitcase was practicallyc one or two coats and a heavy blanket hahaha. I had a missionary belt and it was the best belt I've ever had in my life hahaha it's really good.

Just a few tips, wear your new shoes daily for an hour or so before you leave to break them in a bit. Also get some gel insoles, you shoes will start to feel hard, fast. Bamboo socks are great to stop your feet sweating. And try to keep some spare shoelaces on you.

OK I want to say congratulations, missions are so amazing and good job you are being a sewing kit Those pants are probably going to rip in like six months of you being out. But to be honest, you could probably ask sister missionaries to help you sew up the pants I know when I was on my mission I sewed up a lot of elder clothes because it ripped.
Why in heavens name are sister missionaries delegated the task of sewing things for elders?

Brock I have had stomach problems too where I feel like that try Imodium multi symptom relief. It has help me.
Are there many differences doing your mission overseas versus in the States? I remember you mentioned previously different requirements for what you wore and about carrying a backpack.
I hope your two year mission is is going to be a lot of fun and you can learn a new language

For the new shoes, wear them around home for an hour or so to break them in, because you wear them for a full day blisters will come. So make sure you have some good bandages :) also you’ll look very handsome all dressed up.
