No unfortunately I don’t deal with many online card shops to really tell you where to buy it from sadly at least with Japanese. I usually get my stuff from my local card shop or try to do straight from the sources.
Is the Hound Blaze you pulled here 20:23 one of the alternate foiled events? They are really subtle but I didnt see the pirate flag and the foiling looked very different

Yes it is!! Super subtle changes but I believe hound blaze got four or three iterations this time around and that last card was the special new foil
