Still to to this day, I can put this album on from start to finish and just drift away in thought and come out at the end in a much happier mood. For me, a timeless masterpiece of an album.

Same here, Group Therapy is like coming back to a welcoming, therapeutic and nostalgic place. Continues to apply through life as the years go on, from when I first found this almost a decade ago to now.

That's great! I listen to A&B a lot with my 3 year old twin daughters and they love it. Pandora, in the car, wherever. Funny thing is that they can pick out A&B's music over other electronic tracks. They know when it's A&B or Oceanlab playing. "This is Above & Beyond, daddy" they'll say. :) I have seen A&B live and I too hope to one day take my daughters to see an A&B concert.

I remember opening night of this album in San Francisco. The lights came on in the shape of the album cover. It was the anniversary of my brothers death, I think at some point in the night I spoke with him and came to peace. It truly was Group Therapy. And yes, I am commenting in 2020, so many years later.

Honestly there's a number of tracks in here that feel this way, you feel like you should just sit with the silence after the track because you're not emotionally ready for another one yet lol. But On My Way to Heaven is the one that always hits me the hardest I think; I can't get through that track without welling up. Hard to describe what it evokes

+BiggAlmilky Definitely. I had never heard of A&B until I went to a festival in Denver back in 2013 and they were playing one of the sets. Absolutely blew me away. Now trance and electronic music is pretty much all I listen to anymore, unless my wife is playing country music in the car lol

I do love this, and this genre of electronic music... But Beethoven would not have been impressed. Music has become to much simpler in regards to musical theory.
Each song maybe has 6 or 7 cord progressions, whereas Beethoven's would have had 6 or 7 just on the first 30 seconds of one of his pieces. Even the melodies are much simpler here. Just repetition without the kind of variation which was seen hundreds of years ago.
But I'll give you something, this music is much much more fun to dance to.

These are just three rules that has changed 2 years ago about housing. (Remember they need to launch the emergency act first, and only a small group of people (atleast in Europe) have to accept it. So it can be activated literally over night.
They can freeze your bank account when they feel like it. A whole digital identity system has be launched and implemented in most grocery stores for a point based system. Social credit systeem. Just like China. The hardware and software is done. The WHO has the power, more than a nation on its own (when they declare an emergency) Can you imagine? How scary is that...
Privacy: Everything we say in Europe is been writtem up by AI in a server. Everything. Calls, emails etc... They say it's to fight against terrorism and child abuse. Sure.
They are developing 20 minuten cities right now and I just ask you to Google it. Might as well Google: Try State City Europe. It's just to much to summon up. But did we lose some rights those years and when the right time comes... We are f*ed.

Above & beyond, I was there at a rave in Kuala Lumpur. Best rave ever. Your music transcends and is unique in he trance and EDM genre. Filmic, blackroom boy, Sun and Moon. All of which will be classics in the near future
