But you gotta remember, if you did one thing successfully, you are already in the top 1 % or beyond of human history. Lock in on yourself. You don't need to achieve anything others have achieved, you need to achieve what YOU haven't achieved (yet). And sure, nobody came out of the womb ready to do push ups, so at some point even the strongest person on earth couldn't even do one. But locking in on others just leads to problems. In the case of fitness, for example, eventually you will feel inadequate and either take roids or stop all together. I see a lot of myself in your story, except I had to realize I had to work on my condition first, everything else was inhibited otherwise so I am starting roughly 10 years late. Don't form a goal, form a habit that leads to your goal and eventually you will outpace anyone that doubts you.
I aint reading allat, jk I did 😂 but yeah that’s true I don’t think you necessarily have to focus on one thing and be perfect at it. I think you can do multiple things to a reasonable degree. I am not looking towards the goal I am trying to discipline myself to become a better version of me. I have succeeded in bettering myself but there always room for improvement. When it comes to fitness it’s so easy for me to lock in it’s just nutrition that has always been a bitch lol 😂. It like the many things in life I just gotta stay determined and willpower through it. I am trying to be the change I want to see in my life.
