Is this the same as La Nuit Bleu electrique? Just checking bc I’m looking for Bleu Electrique, and thought this might be the French version. But this video is over 4 years old and I don’t think Bleu is that old, but discontinued.

@@illyy-dr8db YSL La Nuit de L’Homme smells and lingers like old lady, sweet perfume. I pick up vanilla and cinnamon and both are not my favorite in a fragrance. I’ll stick to my Bleu de Chanel. If I can find something similar to Bleu, I also may buy it. I like a clean, green, fresh, citrusy or a woody, leathery, exhilarating, bright fragrance. I royally messed up with YSL La Nuit Eau Electrique!
Great review Steven. I have this scent and admittedly I don't wear it as much as I should. I mentioned this on Fragrantica shortly after this fragrance was released and I bought a bottle - it is like a refined version of Versace Eros. It does smell nice and while it is not ground-breaking for fragheads out there, it is a very nice scent and I need to wear this more myself. This scent does not get enough love within the fragrance community and that is a shame. Another fragrance which is also quite nice, not ground-breaking and gets a lot of hate for some reason is Givenchy Gentleman. Another nice scent that needs more love.

I don't believe that many people hate this fragrance. It smells good but not something to shout about. People have L'Homme and La Nuit de L'homme in their mind as point of reference and it's tough to beat those 2. Many people are disappointed after so many mediocre flankers but brands can't release masterpieces on demand, it's like asking Paul Mccartney to write a better song than Yesterday
I agree with the review totally. Picked this one on sale as it wasn’t popular and i can say it is an above average fragrance as long as you don’t want it to replace La nuit. To my nose i do get the La nuit dna mixed with some freshness and a thicker sweetness its not as powdery as the original which i am happy about. Longevity was above average i did test spray La nuit Intense at the same time and got better longevity from Electrique and it was cheaper too. Don’t hate on this flanker it’s really not bad at all and its the only YSL I currently own

I'm shocked nobody mentions it on fragrantica ..i didn't care much for le male eau fraiche , although I like the original le male a lot. . I’m not a fan at all of the L’Homme line . It was start the decline of YSL scent quality. But I do have to say that Eau Éléctrique and Ultime are interesting fragrances! Y , not so much .. anyway ! As for the scent of this flanker I like that fizzy aquatic feel ❤️.

To me it was a more creamy and sweet La Nuit de L'homme... as you said my friend, not too special, but a nice blend and a nice smelling fragrance... sounds good hahaha
I personally don’t think it’s the worst. I happen to like this fragrance very much. When I test these I don’t base them off of La Nuit. It’s in a class by itself, and enjoy each one individually. I own and enjoy several flankers. Most notably Frozen.

Whats the difference between EAU ELECTRIQUE and BLEU ELECTRIQUE???
Bleu Electric smells like a slightly sweeter version of the original, and Eau Electrique smells like Versace Eros.
