I had a Polaroid "Swinger" as a kid. I also still had a Brownie that was in mom's home when we sold it, I had never used, I guess it was my parent's. I'm surprised I didn't keep it, but at the time I was overwhelmed after months of sorting through things, so I may have done some research and figured I didn't need to keep it. I still have my old Pentax K1000, along with a flash & telephoto lens for it. I also have my Viewmaster in its plastic box, with only my "Twas The Night Before Christmas" slide show inside. I keep it with my Christmas decorations and display it under my tree. I'd have loved to go through that box of slide shows you showed here, to see what I could have found for it.
It's on my list, but it's just soooooooooooooooooooo far from anything else! I may do a trip to Bangor Mall and Aroostook Mall eventually, but not sure when.
Never been to this flea market. There used to be one in Charlotte that was developed for the new town garage there. There is still a flea market in Waterbury. Just not many outdoor flea markets in VT. You will find plenty of indoor ones though.
It might be because Vermont is so rural. They may not be enough people in one area to support a lot of outdoor floor markets. This one is just over the border from Massachusetts, so it's not too difficult to get to.
My former hometown. I remember going to this flea market when I was a kid 35 years ago. It’s been held here for a long long time. The Newfane Flea Market held on Sundays is a good one.
@@fleabittenadventures it’s off of Route 30 in the Town of Newfane which is northwest of Brattleboro. It’s only held on Sundays. The address is 788 VT-30, Newfane, VT 05345
Definitely. Luckily I can generally access the internet on my phone to check prices if I need to. Sadly, there are a couple of flea markets where they have no cell signal and I have to go with my gut.
I'm not sure what you mean, unless you are referring to my about the item selling for about $40 on ebay, which is added when I'm editing the video. The seller didn't hear me say that. Thanks.
nothing more then i hate then people selling at top porices but what is even more anoying is you trying to educate the seller. id tell you piss off. great video though.
Yes. It happened once, but not at a flea market. I think it was a mall drive-around, so I was able to re-do it pretty easily. I always check the camera now multiple times now to make sure it's recording.
Yeayy! Congratulations for achieving 20k subscribers. Can't wait to see your glass collection
Thanks!
Great Place! I visit this one many times a year when I go back and forth to my property in VT from MA. Nice to see it in a video!
It's a pretty nice little flea market! I'd go more often if it was closer though. Thanks for watching!
Lots of interesting things. I think it was worth the trip. Never saw that Button camera before. Glad you got to 20K. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks 👍

Congratulations on 21 thousand+ subscribers and I am proud to be one of those. Greatest flea market videos on UA-cam
Thanks! I appreciate it!

If you haven't been there yet you should check out The Aroostook Centre Mall in Presque Isle Maine.

All of those bottles @ 9:49 look like reproduction . I had to smile when you bought the Gauntlet game . One of my favorites .
Yeah, I thought the bottles looked like reproductions, but wasn't sure. Gauntlet is one of the greatest games of all time.
Sellers like the tooth guy always make me cringe, you handled it well. Congrats on 20k!
As soon as he said what do you think they sell for , I would have walked away .
I sarcastically say $7 buck every time…just to see their reaction 😂
Yeah, I'm not a fan of "tell me what you think it's worth". It never ends well.
Yes, I've tried that before. It didn't end well.
@@thanzalik I love this reply . I think I'll start using it . Or just say fifty cents .
Hey! When are you going to do a video on your personal collection?
You got too much information from the tooth guy but hey we learned something, right. 😂
He sure taught me a lesson.
Washington County ny antique fair October 18,19,20. 220 plus dealers
Thanks. I'll add it to my list, but that's a bit too far for me I think. Google says is 2 hours 30 minutes from me.
Tom! don’t shoot the food!
Gauntlet is a great game! 🤣🤣🤣
I loved gauntlet. Flying around with the Robin Hood elf lol
"Elf needs food, badly".
The Elf was always my go-to character.
Ditto!
My sister had the bottle (among others) that you picked up at 9:38 back around the Bicentennial. Nothing special, at least back then.
Yeah, that's what I figured. Thanks for watching!
How was this flea market did you like it?
It was good! I would go more often, but it's pretty far away from me.
The earth isn’t a globe
@11:45 I actually hate douchebags like this seller - and I'm normally very kind - but he has no idea how to treat customers
I'm definitely not a fan of "tell me what you think it's worth". That usually means it's too expensive.
For me I am an educated buyer, I know prices, and I know what I am buying. I take what a seller says with a grain of salt.
Definitely. Luckily I can generally access the internet on my phone to check prices if I need to. Sadly, there are a couple of flea markets where they have no cell signal and I have to go with my gut.
I think you should talk to the person as if you're not making a video. Unless, they know you're making a video. For example 1:42

I agree. I believe in a seller giving me a starting price. Thanks!
@@fleabittenadventuresHave you ever been to a place and forgot to turn the camera on?
