Holy crap, man. You make it look so easy! Just doing my first playthrough right now. You make the fights look effortless. Subbed! Great fights.
hes using stuff like the mortal blade and akkos spiritfall on early game bosses, of course it looks easy, you bring a character used to kill ishhin the sword saint the rest of the games gonna look effortless. (you can bring characters used to beat the game in soulslikes into a new playthrough in kind of a "slaughter mode")
@@Godslayer4000 did you seen mortal blade in this video? I did not used it at all. And this is NG 134+ there is no early game boss. Seems you didn't seen the video and because almost everybody using mortal blade all the time you think everybody using mortal blade all the time.
@@Godslayer4000 akos spiritfall is just a lesser version of the akos sugar, I don’t see the problem of using it.
@@fatezero1819 there’s nothing wrong with using it I’m just saying he’s fighting chained orge with it where it would not be obtainable, and again not a bad thing but you can clearly tell he’s playing the mode where you go back with all your gear (evidenced by the katana which I mistook for the mortal blade but still not kasimabru) and was just telling the homie 2 comments above me killing bosses using gear you used to kill the sword saint is fun, but nonetheless pretty easy to do.
@@Godslayer4000 Yea seen a lot of people do that, personally fought the second chained ogre in the ashina castle recently ( this is my first time playing the game😭😭 ) and it was easier than the first one, so yea you right, it gets easier with time against bosses. Especially on your second run ( even 20th or 50th ) since you have the things you got from your first run.

Amazing run! I'm only on NG+4 but nowhere near the skill you showcased in this video. Question, when deflecting do you focus on the enemy as a whole or more on their weapon/arm? Also, how much of it is moveset recognition vs just reacting reflexively?

When deflecting I prefer focus on whole enemy than only his weapon or arms.
Moveset recognition depends on your enemy. For every enemy you need practice. When you fight with Gyoubu you can react reflexively with some previous learning of his moveset. But when you fight with Isshin, for me it is 80% learned his moveset and only some reacting because he is mad and fast.

Thank you very much. Your posture will not recorer if you jump, attacking or taking damage, or if you sprint. If you walk or run with L without circle and you have some space between you and your enemy, your posture will recover. Also if you hold guard while your posture is recovering, your posture will recover faster.

All you have to do is just practice timing, that's all it is. Once you get the hang of it the game feels so much smoother

Yes, only practice is required to recognize when deflect their attacks
@Foe_128 Thanks for responding. I wish this game came with a practice mode. I beat it once and was on my 2nd playthrough and stopped playing. I wasn't great at deflection, and now I'm out of practice. So, I guess I'll have to get back in and start dying, lol. Great video, by the way. I learned a few things.

Congratulations! My tip to be better in deflect is play charmless. Every guarded attack will punish you and soon you will want to deflect every attack and easy recognize what you did wrong. BUT if you just defeat Genichiro and play sekiro for the first time, play just like that. Enjoy the game. Do some playthroughs. Beat the game then try harder version without Kuro's charm.
The one thing that bothers me with a lot of these runs is a lot of people go for more passive play styles where they simply react to the enemies attacks to get guaranteed damage and posture. Instead of going for a mix of being offensive and being able to quickly swap to going on the defensive and then back on offense again. Sometimes it makes it boring to watch as they have a lot of moments where they just stand there waiting for a attack to go through so they can deflect/mikiri/stomp or whatever.

Being careful is you know when and where to punish and wait for the right time to do it while hesitation is you're just afraid to attack. I'd say he did a good job but what about you? I watched countless Sekiro No Damage runs, I wonder why I've never stumbled upon this one. I even made my own no hit run, but it's nothing compared to yours in terms of skills and knowledge. I've completed this game about 15 times before I decided to record my own no hit run and it was so hard, took me couple of months. I plan to do another one, but better and I gotta say this video have thought me a lot just by watching you play, especially the way you play Lone Shadows, they always gave me a hard time for some reason becaue of how unpredictable they are. Sorry for the long comment, I think I'm about to binge watch all of your sekiro videos, keep up the good work!

In this video is not any boss fight 2x the same. Also all fights are on new game+ which means every boss drops coin purse instead of prayer bead. And headless instead of spiritfall drops coin purse. Shichimen warriors too.
Can we replay the whole game with the accumulated skills from the previous playthrough, because this guys is doing it. I didn't get those skills from the beginning.

I bought sekiro in pre-order in march 2019 and this is something like new game 116+, I'm not sure now, it's long time, anyway I tried no damage run, no damage all mini bosses, no damage all bosses, I have 3 characters, but mostly played with this one, that's why I have lots of skill points 😀

What's the point of using divine confetti on yashariku, which triples your attack? It is not clear what your attack level is because it is a modded game.
This is recorded on ps4, so it is not possible any mod here. And if I can, I will never not use any game changes mod, because I don't need cheats.
Yashariku's Sugar increases attack power by 25% and posture dmg by 50%.
Divine confetti increases dmg by 25% to all enemies and inflict pierce guard dmg (when enemy blocking).
Divine confetti massively increases damage against apparition-type enemies such as shichimen warrior, headless, corrupted monk, headless ape or O'Rin.

You cannot deflect the Grab attacks, but with umbrella you can deflect these grabs
The only grab you can deflect with a sword I know of is the Snake Eye's one

Man sorry for late answer, for me is the hardest Ujinari Mizuo and his earlier version Jinsuke Saze. Of course for Ujinari Mizuo you can use fire, but when you wanna fair fight, he's pretending to attack and confusing to pretending attacking then he kills you in one hit. From the first moment I have seen him till now 😅

Sure, bell demon strenghten enemies, it's definitely good way to be better in this game.

@@wn283 I guess you have all minibosses, one buy for 1400 at Abandoned Dungeon Entrance. One behind the wall at Antechamber. One behind the wall before Lady Butterfly. One on the statue after defeat Snake Eyes in the poison pool. One after defeat Corrupted Monk under water in Temple Grounds. One under water Water Mill. One before Gokan headless. One underwater guards Yashariku headless. One after defeat Long-arm Centipede Giraffe hole in the floor entrance. If you cannot remember or recognize which one you miss go to new game+ and defeat everything and collect everything.

perfect parry mod?
This is recorded on ps4 so impossible any mod, but with perfect parry mod do some kind of this video is non sense. Even in my later videos after this one recorded on pc only mods I am using are Play Station buttons mod and clothes that Wolf wear are only cosmetic and has no changes to gameplay. 3x Yashariku you can carry and when you defeat headless in the fountainhead palace you will get Yashariku's spiritfall which you can use infinite for 3 emblems per one use.

I absolutely loathed the long shadow fights. they take place in narrow spaces yet they move so much, so it's hard to see the enemy with the camera moving around. and they all wear black cloth so it's hard to see them too! poor design IMO.

Nobody in this world can defeat every boss in a row for the first attempt without taking hit or guarded hits which hurts you too. This is the reason why lots of videos are montages or fight with only one opponent.
Thumbs down, show us the same work only one play through, with one play through's vitality a posture points.

The first chained ogre is mini boss. Why do you think he is not mini boss? He give you prayer bead and have two health bars.
