I run hoosiers R7's 265/35/19 up front and 295/35/19 rear on forgeline racing wheels. Approximately -3.0 camber all around, you will need clubsport front camber plates clubsport rear toe links to achieve that kind negative camber. Medium/medium anti roll bar settings, although it probably would do better with soft/hard settings. Girodisc rotors with Ferodo DS3.12 pads. Racing pistons all around. Castrol SRF racing brake fluid. I also run a DSC sport suspension controller. I also recommend a roll bar. And harnesses if you have full bucket seats. Let me know if you have any other questions. I have had a car for about 15 months now and only use it for as a track car.
@@nikkilauda3679 where can you get the motorsports camber plates and toe links? I have a 981 GT4 and I'm looking to add the TPC rear offset toe links but wondering if the Clubsport toe links would be even better, I just can't ever find where to purchase them from
@@jeremysavoy1975 I have clubsport camber plates and clubsport rear toe links. I would recommend to find a reputable shop that deals with track set up for porsches and particularly caymans. You would need a track alignment. I would not advise to do the set up yourself, unless you know what you are doing with track set ups. Also change things gradually and slowly, and preferably one change at a time. Additionally, track alignment may not be suitable for street driving. I can recommend a few shops in the NY/NJ area if you live out this way.
Excellent lap
Smooth like silk
What kind of setup do you have on your car. Tires, brakes etc.
Just got 1 and working on the track prep
