I’m not a huge LOTR fan, but I can appreciate themed accommodations like this. The fantasy vibes and the lore behind the resort are so freaking cool, and it just doesn’t even look like you’re in the middle of Tennessee. I’m so psyched y’all got to live your hobbit dreams there!
Absolutely died during the “golf” challenge…I actually spit out my sip of adult beverage! Soooo fun! Can’t thank yall enough for sharing this as we had no idea that it existed and we have family in the Knoxville area so will definitely plan a stay in the future!!
Im going back through old Zeptus Lepetus episodes, and i literary laughed out loud when i head Molly say "Kids - only do misdemeanors"! It reminded of Grunkle Stan's "Anthing is legal when there are no cops around!" Lol love these guys
Was lucky enough to visit this beautiful place (the landscape is lovely) recently and was able to book a brunch! They actually have real food prepared onsite now, a much needed improvement since your visit. Would not have known they existed had it not been for your channel. Headed to Universal next-Thank you all, for all you do!
OMG! I can’t wait to watch this video!! I looooove lotr and have stayed at a hobbit hole themed airbnb in Texas, but I’ve never heard of this place before. Love these travel videos! 😍😍😍
Okay ya’ll have convinced me - planning a Tennessee trip in early December-after Dollywood Christmas stuff has started but before the true crowds get there and I may have to throw in a night at ancient lore village! For some reason I think it would be even more magical in late fall. IDK why 🤷🏻♀️
What a beautiful place! I truly appreciate you sharing new experiences. I never would have known about this, but Tennessee is a much easier trip for us than Orlando, so this truly helps open my family’s eyes for future vacations 🧡
Adding this to my list of places to visit! I highly recommend looking into Ravenwood Castle here in Ohio. It has similar themed rooms but in a castle setting. There is a cafe/bar on site and they have dinner add-on. Breakfast is included and delicious. They have themed event weekends. Gaming is a huge thing there and they have tons of games to borrow and dedicated spaces to play. It could easily be combined with a visit to Cedar Point and Kings Island.
Loved this vlog, I can't believe a place like this exists it's so whimsical I love it! But the best part was the golfing scene!! 😂 Could not stop laughing! You two, are so fun!
You guys had so much fun!!!!! What a great place to stay!! Never heard of this place before, but now I want to visit. Thanks for sharing your adventure.
What a cool little place. I’ve always loved that you branch out beyond the parks, and it’s especially great that you’re using your platform to highlight what I assume is a small independent business.
I live outside of Nashville and have always wanted to visit this place for mine and my husbands LOTR hearts, but wasn’t sure with the price. So so excited to dive into this video!!
HOW DOES IT FEEL TO LIVE MY DREAM!? AHHHHHHHHHHHH! But for real though. The LOTR extended editions are movies I watch every single year. This place looks amazing. Big thanks to Molly, Alan, and Max for finding these cool places and bringing them to us. The music change during the archery part took me out l0l.
Always enjoy your videos. They’re always full of info and you guys always make it fun. The tank over the commode brought me way back. I had to be 3 or 4 years old and we had the wooden tank that held the water with a chain to flush lol yes way back. I remember as a child thinking, how does the water stay in there. By the time I was 5 or 6 we didn’t have it anymore so it must’ve been when we moved from Manhattan into Brooklyn. It’s a memory that’s always been very vivid to me. I was born in 1956 and the world was a different place. America was striving for better and I feel lucky for having been born at that time. I’m not saying things were perfect but there was a unity and things were changing for the better. Ok I won’t go on lol 😊
THANK YOU MOLLY AND ALAN!!!! You golf like I do!!! This so not my sport....sadly it's my hubby's. This was a fun place to get to see. How cool they have a place like this! Thanks for the video!!
You are Aragorn; what are you even doing? 😂😂😂 Also loved Alan’s face when Molly said “I love that Dungeon’s and Dragons is using cultural references.” Lol of Molly. Of course Molly and Max are Marry and Pippin!
My daughter and I went to a brunch there last fall. The food was very good and we really enjoyed it. I live in the Knoxville area so we didn’t stay overnight. So glad you guys got to experience this for yourselves. Also so happy you were in “my neck of the woods” promoting beautiful East Tennessee! 😊
I loved this video! It was so fun! Thanks for including the golf footage. I laughed so hard. I think this is pretty much how it would go if I tried to hit a golf ball. VERY relatable!😂
This place looks awesome to me. You guys golfing would definitely be my husband and I out there 😂. Thank you for showing this, I never heard of this place 👍🏻
You guys should check out Earth and Sky Dwellings in Asheville, NC. They have Dragons Knoll(under ground hobbit house), Wizard hollow(mini Hogwart), Alchemy(wizarding them in the ground)and some other cute treehouses. They are currently working on the Phoenix(certain Spaaaace ship themed) the amazing blue ridge Mountain Views. We took our daughter for her HS graduation and spent 2 nights in Wizard Hollow and then did a tour of The Biltmore Estates . 🙂
I love when you guys do stuff outside of Disney. It's a great change. Plus I didn't know this place existed. I sent it to some friends who live in Tennessee and they're going to go visit
This feels like a fun excursion and somewhat immersive spot to unplug from the world. If you look at it as an event space with available times between events to stay there then it seems like a fun overnight excursion, but if someone goes into it thinking bungalo hotel with events there may be some disappointment. However, the berry-yogurt cup is something you find on a continental breakfast but not in any way shape or form is the continental breakfast.
Continental breakfast is traditionally associated with hotels in Europe (the 'continent' people from the UK would visit). In my experience, it usually includes cheese, cold cuts, bread, pastries, and yogurt and cereals like muesli. So that breakfast seemed continental adjacent!
I say it all the time, but y’all are the cutest!! I laughed SO hard at yall hitting….or not😂….golf balls. I’m not a LOTR fan, but we loooove a themed anything! For the price, there should be a hot tub or even a small pool and during busy season, some type of bar on property open past 8pm. And that is not a continental breakfast👀. It’s t was beautiful though and for the laughs that my husband and I and even our 13 year old would have with the axe throwing, archery and hitting golf balls would be worth it.
Thank you for this. I was tempted to book but I really need a hot tub, pool or more fun activities. Some suggestions for places to check out: Mad Hatter College Airbnb in Georgia. Tree house Alpaca airbnb also in Georiga. There's also a bunch of glamping tents now.
A continental breakfast is typically bread and pastries, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee/tea. Bonus if it includes yogurt, milk, and cereal varieties. A yogurt parfait cup with coffee doesn’t qualify in my book.
This is so cool! Like y'all, I love learning the story behind a place (if there is one). Although I'm also not a die-hard fan of LOTR, I would definitely love to come here and check this out!
To echo other comments, Alan is Sam not only for all the other excellent qualities but also because I can totally see him packing some salt from home in case he gets to make a roast chicken on the road to Mordor
🤓 actually they couldn't take the eagles cause they had to be stealthy🤓 now that my *actually nerd moment has been satisfied, just gotta say, I love that you guys are going and checking out different things. My wife and I love watching your videos, it's a lot of fun to live vicariously through you lol
I really like your adventures in Tennessee. Things that are off the beaten path and alternative to universal in Orlando. Florida has so many other things other than universal and Disney St. Petersburg so many museums specialty museums the Salvit Dali museum is in Saint Pete. They have a aquarium. Also there is the largest butterfly area screened in area in the world in Coconut Creek. They also have the have a Japanese outdoor area garden and also an eating area. In western Boca Raton. There’s monkey, jungle parrot jungle. There’s also the airboats rides that see an alligator in the wild. The things to do in the keys are endless. ❤
This reminds me of a place me and DH stayed in on Lake Superior. Not the same vibe, but no TV and very little to do after dinner. Once the iPad's died, we ended up getting drunk and singing. Including a rendition of "I'm Henry The Eighth I Am" in very bad English accents. lol
The echo effect at the end 😂
i thought i had two windows playing the video open haha
Love how Alan is just living his best life in this video! His smile the whole time is precious!
I know! He was finally in a D&D story! I loved it.
Seeing Alan in this I feel I have no choice but to ask for a Ren Faire video. It just feels right.
I agree!
Oh my gosh but that golf part!! I needed that laugh today thank you! 😂😂😂
“Heyyy!!! It went up! “ 😂😂
@@tiffanybraswell9316 🤣🤣
I particularly love Molly swinging the golf club in a complete 360 degrees! She swings completely around to be ready to swing again. Lol!!
I think Alan is also Sam. And that’s the highest compliment I can give someone. He literally did all the work and Frodo got all the credit.
I had no idea this place existed! I'm glad Mammoth Club is showing off different experiences and locations because it gives me more ideas for trips!
Yes!!
Can someone relate to Molly and Alan’s golfing adventure 😆
Yup, topgolf is a no for me! I usually sit and drink and watch others actually (maybe) hit the ball. LOL
That would totally be me. I love that there’s other people as bad at sports as I am.
As a lover of LOTR, The Hobbit, and Rings of Power…this was awesome!! I need the catdalf shirt!! Love this video! ❤
Absolutely died during the “golf” challenge…I actually spit out my sip of adult beverage! Soooo fun! Can’t thank yall enough for sharing this as we had no idea that it existed and we have family in the Knoxville area so will definitely plan a stay in the future!!
The way you windmill the golf club had me laughing so hard! Good job guys!
Didn’t even knew this existed in TN. Glad more youtubers are looking at what our beautiful country has to offer outside the Mental Disney Bubble.
Im going back through old Zeptus Lepetus episodes, and i literary laughed out loud when i head Molly say "Kids - only do misdemeanors"! It reminded of Grunkle Stan's "Anthing is legal when there are no cops around!" Lol love these guys
The golfing 🤣 love y'all and how much fun you have together!
Alan is Sam. Obviously. He's the best supporting person who always lifts up his friends.
Was lucky enough to visit this beautiful place (the landscape is lovely) recently and was able to book a brunch! “ most dwellings don’t come with an Alan in a swing.” Aww, but I wanted my dwelling to have its very own Alan! 😂
Laughed so hard at the golfing adventure. Loved the video. It is so much fun to watch the interactions you two have with each other.
OMG! I can’t wait to watch this video!! I looooove lotr and have stayed at a hobbit hole themed airbnb in Texas, but I’ve never heard of this place before. Love these travel videos! 😍😍😍
Would love to know the name of the one in Texas! 😊
I love that this place is only 15 minutes away from me and that place is really cool
What a beautiful place! I truly appreciate you sharing new experiences. I never would have known about this, but Tennessee is a much easier trip for us than Orlando, so this truly helps open my family’s eyes for future vacations 🧡

I so love Friaries!!This would be so amazing. That's for sharing this is really nice.
What a cool little place. I’ve always loved that you branch out beyond the parks, and it’s especially great that you’re using your platform to highlight what I assume is a small independent business.
this channel's content just hit the spot even when you don't know what the spot is
I’m so glad y’all are enjoying my home state! Tennessee is a fun place!
I love when you guys do things that may not get a lot of mainstream attention! Fantastic video!
Looks fun but ya they need a kitchen to cook at least a continental breakfast and to get a few things better like the smores.. just an experience.
You BOTH would love the book Legends and Lattes. Very similar vibe to this place.
I loved that book!
This village looks so charming! I love LOTR and also the idea of an unplugged weekend. Thanks for bringing us! 💚
So neat to hear that Alan plays D&D. I started playing back in the early 80s. I have never heard of this place before, but it looks pretty cool.
Wow what a cool place!! I had no idea this existed. Thank you for sharing.
You two are couple goals! Looks like you are having so much fun! Molly, love the new shirt!
I live outside of Nashville and have always wanted to visit this place for mine and my husbands LOTR hearts, but wasn’t sure with the price. So so excited to dive into this video!!

Wow. How tempting. Planning a trip to Dollywood … maybe I’ll add a stay here.
Hey y’all! I went to UTK and lived there 10 years ago and have never heard of this! Thanks for the heads up! 🌳🏰
This is amazing!!! I need to go here NOW! What a fun time!!!
Thank you, this is so fascinating. Hope to make it there soon.
The 360° wrap around of the golf club is an efficient way of golfing. When life gives you a ball to hit and you miss you keep swinging.
I need to come here!! I LOVE LOTR!! 🩷🖤🩷
Omg! That golfing experience was hilarious! I'm right there with ya both!
I sure hope you have stopped in Chattanooga during your Tennessee adventure. We got some really cool stuff here too.
THANK YOU MOLLY AND ALAN!!!! You golf like I do!!! This so not my sport....sadly it's my hubby's. This was a fun place to get to see. How cool they have a place like this! Thanks for the video!!
This place is awesome 👌 Loving the golf, Molly plays golf like me! 😂
This place is now on my travel bucket place
We’re sitting on our deck in New Jersey, sipping bourbon and Irish whisky, utterly bewildered that the bar closed at 7:30. Condolences.
I love these adventures outside of the normal theme park content! I hope more is in the works :)
My wife had suggested a couple of months ago that we stay here, so thank you for the awesome review!
amazing Love this place wow . i been their with my family Years ago. huge fans of the lord of the rings and the Hobbit franchise too .
You are Aragorn; what are you even doing? 😂😂😂 Also loved Alan’s face when Molly said “I love that Dungeon’s and Dragons is using cultural references.” Lol of Molly. Of course Molly and Max are Marry and Pippin!
Omg we went here in February!!! I love it! 😍
I would die to go here!! Love to live vicariously through the mam club!
OMG, this place is so cute! I love your room! Sounds like food is not impressive, but otherwise a cute place 😊
This place is incredible
My daughter and I went to a brunch there last fall. The food was very good and we really enjoyed it. I live in the Knoxville area so we didn’t stay overnight. This place looks awesome to me. You guys golfing would definitely be my husband and I out there 😂. Thank you for showing this, I never heard of this place 👍🏻
Gotta be careful not to smack your arm with the bow string😂 I’ve had many a bruise learning proper technique. Loved this!!!!!
❤❤❤ that you guys did a LOTR themed stay. I’m a HUGE LOTR fan!
You guys golf just like me!😅 I can throw a golf ball farther than I can hit one. 😅😅😅
You guys should check out Earth and Sky Dwellings in Asheville, NC.

I've been to Tennessee 3 times. Other than DollyWood it's just not for me. What a lovely hobbit hole you found?!!!😍😃
loved the glass clink with plastic cups first drink!
This is literally a dream come true! Appreciate the honest review at the end. Such a fun vlog 🎉
Such a beautiful place! I would be happy there! I I love the LOTR and would be happily submerged into that world.
Continental breakfast is traditionally associated with hotels in Europe (the 'continent' people from the UK would visit). In my experience, it usually includes cheese, cold cuts, bread, pastries, and yogurt and cereals like muesli. So that breakfast seemed continental adjacent!

Ya'll should tackle more things like this. Including: gatorland, sea world, fountain of Youth, many many zoos, and other unique non-dis/uni things.
Thank you for this. I was tempted to book but I really need a hot tub, pool or more fun activities. Some suggestions for places to check out: Mad Hatter College Airbnb in Georgia. Tree house Alpaca airbnb also in Georiga. There's also a bunch of glamping tents now.

When Molly hit Alan with the Vecna line, i felt that, lol.
The golfing! I don't think I have laughed that hard in a long time.
“Four” and then absolutely misses 🤣🤣 same girl
I can relate to the golf swing 😉
To echo other comments, Alan is Sam not only for all the other excellent qualities but also because I can totally see him packing some salt from home in case he gets to make a roast chicken on the road to Mordor
Watching you guys golf was PAINFUL hahahahha so funny
The golf scene 😂
What a fun video!! ❤
Video idea; @thepughtwo teach the Mammoth Club how to golf.😂😂
Oh my gosh! Molly, drop where you got that cute dress!!!
A&F Emerson Linen-Blend Puff Sleeve Midi Dress
🤓 actually they couldn't take the eagles cause they had to be stealthy🤓 now that my *actually nerd moment has been satisfied, just gotta say, I love that you guys are going and checking out different things. It’s like “RENFaire: The Resort”!!
I love that Molly would be Pippin or Merry! We named our son Peregrine (like the falcon), but his nickname is Pippin. 👯♀️ Chaos twins unite! 😂
This reminds me of a place me and DH stayed in on Lake Superior. Not the same vibe, but no TV and very little to do after dinner. Once the iPad's died, we ended up getting drunk and singing. Including a rendition of "I'm Henry The Eighth I Am" in very bad English accents. lol
Feel like the Pugh Two need to give you some golf lessons.
