Foster was the missing last Beach Boy. Glad they found him in time. Literally. He was lost in time, he was supposed to be born back in the 40's.
Mark did such a great job ☺ his voice fit this song really well during the performance. Go FTP!
absolutely fantastic rendition . I'm a huge fan of the beach boys. Their songs remind me of my mom who was a fan of theirs, bless her soul. The harmonies in this song are pretty complex so way to go Foster the People

You, this band is good. I grew up listening to the Beach Boys (my father raised me on the music he grew up with), and I slowly developed my own tastes in music. My listening habits span 65 years of music, so I think I can tell a decent band when I see one. FTP is a good band. They can improve, but they have potential.

@missyroxxiee Apparently they have two other guys who tour with them, but I'm not sure he's one of them. And the guy on the left as well could be the other one.
This is around the key the Beach Boys play these days. Not uncommon for a group to do their live act in lower keys. Helps to preserve the voice not going all out at the highest key 200 nights a year for 2 hours.

@LiamCrowley1990 Again Mark Foster did fine and you are entitled to your opinion. This song was arranged and recorded with an orchestra in 1966. How long do you think they had to rehearse this song live? Foster the People was asked to cover this song and they did which was a good job. You didn't like it so move on!
