Another great reaction; you've described the song perfectly. Elvis was doing vocal gymnastics in the original recorded song; no one could do it better. A fun song that you can't help but smile when listening to it while at the same time, appreciating the brilliance of Elvis's various vocal intonations. No one ever did it better. Thanks!
Agree with everything you said. I absolutely adore the 1960 version. I always sing along and bop ( with this song, I simply can't stay still lol ). It's a fantastic song thanks to the King's brilliance!
Oh Sweet baby Elvis - such a joyful upbeat fun song - and his voice here is just so delightfully endearing- I can just imagine that beautiful sweetheart dancing to that beat with that gorgeous smile of his!!! I love it love it !!!! Oh and I love your dear cat - she is just so very precious and adorable and she sure loves you! Thank you so much for honoring Elvis and for Elvis Sundays. God Bless You!!
Love this song - Elvis at his ultimate best - his up-tempo songs are just amazing and this is no exception - you can hear every word so clear and beautifully sung - great to see the That's The Way It Is rehearsal as well - he really was the best 👑💛⭐
Oh, wow, never saw that outtake of Elvis from '70! Elvis' voice was deeper by 1970, and Elvis did comment in a different outtake from 1970, after trying to hit the high notes on one of his fifties songs, that he could no longer get his voice up that high. Good review. Fun song.
Happy Sunday, we need more songs like this, simple and light. Maybe sung by real and good singers like Elvis. Elvis a precious creature, complex and beautiful. Your cat has a beautiful coat and a delicate voice.🐈⬛🫶 And don't worry, they know how to land on their feet. 🐾🐾 👑🎸🎶🎶❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
Well, you know how the saying goes: Cats don't have owners, they have staff 😄🐱 Thank you for another great Elvis Sunday reaction 👍 I always look forward to it 😊
I've always loved the Elvis is Back album, it's filled with brilliant and varied tracks. He was having such fun, just back from serving in the army, and you can hear it in his voice. On several of the tracks if you listen carefully you can hear him whoop and make comments. Fortunately still plenty more songs to go for Elvis Sundays! ❤
Another great reaction Nick, vocals outstanding, doesn't he sound so sexy, if your feeling down, listen to this song, it will make you feel a lot better, gone but will never be forgotten, ELVIS R.I.P.❤❤❤😅
Yes! Such a tune! Great song choice today, Nick. What a talent this man was.. It's from the album Elvis is Back, which is my all-time favourite of his. Great reaction today thank you!
I know I'm asking alot for but I would really like your take on fever. The Elvis is back album and then the 73 Aloha. I prefer studio, but 73 is fun...
I’ll take a look. For some reason, maybe the original tv rights, but the 73 Aloha often gets blocked on here. I’ve had some of my older videos disappear and a lot of the time I’ve had to cut the video footage to pieces/add filters and watermarks over everything just to get it through.
May I make another suggestion: No singing here but a very enjoyable Elvis & how he dealt with microphone problems & goes to show how comfortable he was on stage. Unfortunately at 0:20 this version cut out Elvis saying “s-o-b” after he said Ed Sullivan; it was on other version but I haven’t located it. We’re all familiar with The Supremes, but regarding the Mahalia Jackson comment: Mahalia (1911-1972) was a great gospel singer; many people may not be familiar with who she was but for those who are, we can understand why Elvis’ comment is so on point, perfectly timed & very funny for the situation. At ua-cam.com/video/r5UdfsLhrR0/v-deo.html (3:03) entitled “ELVIS PRESLEY - August 12, 1970 - The Dinner Show (problem with the microphones).” Just another few minutes of fun. Thanks.
No I haven’t, have to confess: I can’t stand Buble at all and it’s not the style of music either, used to really like Harry Connick Jr for example back in the day, but Buble? No thank you 😂

I enjoyed your reaction very much to one of my favorite songs by Elvis in that era.👍👏
Thank you, Nick. Excellent song by the fresh, young Baby Elvis.... absolutely love it, sung so wonderfully 💯⚡❤️
What a beautiful cat. The song was great, too
The song was in 3000 miles to Graceland Kurt Russell Kevin Costner
I love this song. Elvis at his best sexy, sultry self. The album is wonderful.
Love, love, love this song. I remember blaring it on my record player and cleaning my room. Made the chore much more bearable. So good. 🥰

Great song and reaction...theres also a ' live ' version from 1961 in Hawaii, the album is called ' rock around the Bloch'
Thanks! 🙏🏻
“High Heeled Sneakers” is one of the ones that hovers near the top. Sylvia is way up there. Green green grass of home.
So many.

Now you have to check out the movie 3000 Miles To Graceland star-studded cast a lot of action. This song is in the movie above ❤❤❤
Oh yes, I know that film, but never got around to seeing it! Kurt Russell and Kevin Costner if I remember correctly?! 😊
@PopularTripeNick
Yes great action filled movie. It's worth a watch

Great. Thank you!
I've never seen that footage of Elvis doing SUCH A NIGHT live...Where on earth did you find THAT ?
Lots of scrolling through on here! 😉
Hi Nick, you may have heard Johnnie Ray or Michael Bublé versions at some point? If you have, I sympathise... 😇
No I haven’t, have to confess: I can’t stand Buble at all and it’s not the style of music either, used to really like Harry Connick Jr for example back in the day, but Buble? No thank you 😂
