It was a very good point shamsi raised 3:30 ! For those who dont speak Arabic, the Shia said theres nothing wrong with the rituals of crying for Hussain RA.. Shamsi said there is, the Shia said if your cat or dog dies you will cry for him! so how can it be wrong to cry for Hussain RA! Shamsi said would you cry if 1000 years passed after they died? Then he said "Do you cry for the death of the Prophet SAWS?".. That last question I think ended that part of the debate.. That was a very good point
It isn't a good point just shows how ignorant Shamsi is on shia hadiths. Yes we do cry for the Prophets (sawa) shahadat every year. There are hundreds if you not thousands of videos on youtube.
The Prophet shahadat is nothing like that of Hussains so he jahil to compare the 2. The Quran mentions Muharram is sacred month even to mushrik they would not kill in that month but he blood of Grandson because halal for so called muslims. We have hadith from ahlulbayt they all wept for Hussain.
Prophet cried for Hussain when he hadn't even been martyred or seen it. Now imagine if he was there.
Sunni even don't deny it was sunnah to cry for Hussain because the Prophet did. Only salafi and wahabbi make this argument.
But the difference is prophet muhammed (as) didn’t get massacred like HUSSIAN did. Imam hussain got beheaded

There is a difference between mourning for worldly matters or your own grief than mourning for those who you mourn for the love of Allah (swt). Hence Yacob mourning is not an issue.
The prophet wept for Hussain, Sunni accept this only wahabbi/salafi have an issue through their fabricated hadiths.

There is no verse in the Quran or anywhere that Hz Abu Bakr (ra) or any human be will be chosen as the caliph by the people??? There is not even a verse of 4 right madhhab sunnis?? In fact, the word Sunni is not mentioned in a verse of the Qur'an or in hadiths. Did our Prophet (sav) say, "See what you do after I die? Estağfirullah " Mind melting??? So according to the Sunnis, that's what it means!! What mind melts!!! Wake up now!! Can Allah (swt) make a mistake? Estağfirullah. Hz Ali (as) is a lighthearted person appointed by Allah (svt)!!! He has been chosen by Allah (svt) as the first amir el mumminin!! That's the truth! Read and learn the verses of the Quran 5:67 (Khutbah of Ghadir Hum) and 5:3 (our religion is being completed). The Prophet Muhammad (sav) left us two trusts, one of which is the book of Allah (swt) the Qur'an, and the second is his Ahl al-Bayt (as)!! It is mentioned in the Quran 33:33, which identifies who the Ahl al-Bayt (as) is! In other words, the Prophet Muhammad (sav), Hz Ali (as), Hz Fatma (as), Hz Hassan (as) and Hz Huseyin (as). Why was the gadir hum incident hidden by the Sunnis for so long (14 centuries) until Prof. Haydar Bas reveals the truth. And the word Ahl al-Bayt was changed to the word 'sunnah' in most Sunni books? (I leave you two things, one is the book of Allah (swt) and the second is 'sunnah' (Ahl al-Bayt). This is mentioned in many Sunni books, so it has always been known like this all the time! Why were these hidden and changed for 14 centuries? Think carefully. Now open your eyes brothers! I have nothing else to say.

why do you guys care about all this? Being Muslims with this diversity < Sunni, Shia, etc. Is beautiful in itself. I am lucky enough to be born in a half Sunni, half shia family. Let me tell you guys that, most Shia don't curse the Khulafa and the ones who do are the racist, anti-unity bigots and the same goes for the Sunni radicals that act as an aggressor and want to prove to everyone including themselves who are right and whos wrong. Everyone is right as long as you be good and worship god and all the characteristics that come with Islam, whether its khalifas, or imams. There is no one way to do it. Read the history of Islam, Khalifas+imams+sufis all contibuted to the progress of Islam and to the knowlege we all share today. Hey, sometimes these different ways are like a competition, it's healthy for the debates of our success. Come on guys lets focus on building our communities and love one another. No more hatred. Accept that there is diversity in the Muslim world and they are all beautiful. Except for the radicals. wa'alaikum al salam.
There is no such as diversity when it comes to Deen. This is the deen of Allah, this is what determines your eternity whether you enter paradise or hellfire. The deen of Allah is one it is Islam. The question is how do we know what the correct Islam is? The Islam that the prophet and his companion were upon? We must follow the Quran and authentic sunnah. Both Ahlus Sunnah and the Shia can't be correct, only one side is upon the Haqq. The shia religion is NOT Islam, it is a religion based on bidah, shirk and khurafa. As Muslims we cannot unite with the people of shirk and people of bidah, we must unite only with other Muslims who are upon the truth. Your mentality goes completely against the correct aqeedah of a Muslim, and you cannot be on this if you truly want to be on the correct path.
Your comment is how the Christians have ended up today. Shia give divine attributes to people, yet them very people only worshiped and supplicated to one creator, Allah. The guy basically calls himself Shia, but his belief goes inline with the Sunnah, he called 1 of the big “scholars” of Shia a disbeliever because he talks ill about the companions. That’s just a summary though. And Shamsi ended the discussion when he found out the guy his son was with him. And Shamsi talked about the general shia aqeedah according to their books.
