St. Pierre. What a locomotive! On a mission, for sure.
This was like early February 2024 FYI. May have been posted by NBC Sports or someone because I’ve already seem this.
I like the diversity of the runners and their outfits.
I love irony
WOW! That Wanamaker Trophy looks like the Stanley Cup! Way to go Elle👍👍❤️
jessica hull is a true class act. 😍
Beautiful and talented...!
ESP's running form 👌
Good race and pretty fast. BTW....whoever the female commentator is for this race does a great job always. Should know her name, but only recognize the voice. Excited but controlled and always with some good insight. "grats to her AND the runners.
I confess that's the first time I've seen someone turn on the afterburners....
Super effort and a new mom with all that comes with that...wow. What happened to Andrews?...not in the top eight and no mention.
Great performance.
S.Pierre new emergent runner.😮😮
She looked like secretariat
Great run but Hull's mile PB is over a second faster.
I think they should give the runners a little bit more time to recover before making them take a trophy and pose for pictures. They have spent every ounce of energy their bodies have. Give them a little space.
As a former runner, coach and pyro/fireworks professional, I want to say, we are runners, we compete in the most natural and "down-to-earth sport, we don't need or want "spectacle effects/pyro" at our competitions. Save the"show biz" for the Superbowl-for the casual sports fan.
Think St Pierre can win at Worlds.
this is a month old
put date of video
Wow. Considering that Hull just barely pipped her at their last race, this is a pretty amazing win. Also, St Pierre just had a baby recently so that pregnancy, birth, and just having to care for a newborn in general has certainly wreaked havoc with her training schedule and her body over the past 12 to 18 months. Plus... she now has bigger milk jugs to contend with... probably the largest of any other runner on the track in this event.
