Agreed 100%. Both of these remakes are a masterpiece. When I heard the new Lullaby in London, I literally broke down crying. That intro guitar really hits different, their live vocals were so powerful and filled with emotion, I can't emphasise it enough!

The Halloween curse of the spider is from the saves us world tour Seoul stop.
These were both such a pleasant surprise when they dropped (and I hope we get the concert version of Deja Vu, too). I think my favorite part is just getting to hear their current voices and how they've improved based upon their songs from 2017 and 2019. "Lullaby" was usually one of my Top 5 DC songs but I really think this new version tops it for me. Feels very classic rock ballad. "Curse of the Spider" new version was SO good, too, and has definitely moved up my list (though for the longest time the original was a song I frequently forgot about but whenever it came on my playlist it was like "Oh! This song! I love this song!").
DCC is really underestimating how much money they could make from just an album of these - especially throw in some OT7 versions of songs Dongie missed out on (it kills me we'll never get her on "Endless Night" or "R.o.S.E. Blue").
Oh they need to at least release a digital remix album like NewJeans or Twice did a few months back. Or a concert live album. I mean we also know that most of the OT6 songs have OT7 recordings and if it's just for the concerts.
was lucky in the fact i got to hear these both live in London! amazing concert, I remember going home after and wishing I had a better quality recording of these versions of these songs cause I loved them so much! and lo, on my birthday! they dropped these on spotify filling out my concert playlist! best birthday ever

This refresh much more better. Especially Lullaby, from slow ballad to slow rock. Just curious, who's behind this all, is that Lord Ollounder and Lord LEEZ? Well, whoever is that they make good songs become perfect.
Leez is no longer producing for DC or Ateez as he signed an exclusive contract with a different agency. Ollounder is still leading the ship but several of the Edenary, Ateez's production team, has taken over Leez's work.
LEEZ is no longer around and hasn't been involved since Reason.
As the others said Leez is gone so Ollounder + Pizza boys + Maddox + Eden and for these tracks he worked with another person I forgot the name but yeah that's why it has another different touch to it
I've said before and I'll say it again, Dreamcatcher has never ever had a bad song and these newer versions of the originals are outstanding.
I listen to them everyday and I miss them too.

The metal rendition of Curse of the Spider is just an instant banger for me, unlike the original that took some time to grow on me lol. And you're just like me man...I'm more of a rock fan but I do enjoy some metal too but not the kind of metal with excessive screaming/growling

These two songs were such unexpected releases, and I really hope Dreamcatcher Company releases more either live versions or remakes of songs on different music platforms. I'd absolutely love a rock remake of some Minx stuff!
Ooooh can you imagine a Metal version of Love Shake? Superstar Superman could stay forgotten though lol (it's the only song from Minx or Dreamcatcher that I don't like)
Minx has 10th anniversary this year so one can hope...I honestly just want an official OT7 release of Action that's all I'm asking for
I prefer the original Lullaby, but the new version lets you hear the improvement in their voices since 2017 so it's all good. Both of these new versions show that Ollounder is firmly in charge at the company.

I like the new rock version of Spider. Energetic. I like the old Lullaby but the new one is good. Just my late opine. Best.

@@SylverReacts I had watched your two previous DC self-made compilations and unless there is another it would be new to you like the July 7th self-made was new to me. And its another literal version, the link is not DC official but the title is "[Corrected] Dreamcatcher 'The curse of the Spider' Self-made MV" This one is a 'cleaned-up' version with English subs (no fan meeting cheers that is out there). If you do watch the cheering one, Gahyeon gets the loudest.

I think you should check on your own the real concert version(fancam) because their adlips and fanchant add more dynamics!!

Do you know Babymetal? They are the ones that lead me to Dreamcatcher. They are holding their first own festival "Foxfest" in May. The first two band announced are Electric Callboy and Polyphia. I hope for a Babymetal x Electric Callboy collab.
