Sorry to have to say this, but your video, which is well filmed, shows a Common Snipe (Gallinago gallinago) not a Great Snipe (Gallinago media). It shows all the plumage ID features of G gallinago and none of G Media. Check these out in any good Field Guide to bird identification.
